I booked the room several months in advance. 3 days prior to my stay they sent an email cancelling my reservation without explanation. I was unbale to reach them and forced to find another hotel and overpaid due to the short notice. Totally unacceptable.

Gestione familiare con una notevole cucina senza fronzoli. Antipasti con bresaola “della casa” e ottimi sciatt , ottime carni e filetto di cervo pregevole. Dolci nella norma. Prezzi onesti (carni forse un po’ care ma la qualità non manca). Location suggestiva, una terrazza sul lago con una bellissima vista su Cernobbio ed oltre. Servizio gentile ed efficiente. Merita una sosta.

Se la giovane cameriera avesse fatto un corso di savoir faire, avrebbe evitato di inficiare - col suo atteggiamento ingiustificatamente scontroso - quello che c'è di buono in questo luogo: il panorama e la cucina. Davvero inspiegabile...

Ristorante posizionato all'interno di un boschetto con vista fantastica sul lago di Como....gestione familiare con personale gentilissimo....piatti semplici e genuini..fuori dagli schemi turistici di massa...la locanda è molto accogliente è ha delle camere .. consigliato per chi vuole godersi qualche giorno in relax....

We didn't stay here but went for dinner with a reservation. They picked us up from the top of the Funicular, and brought us to their "home". It's a hotel with crazy amazing views. The food was very rustic and delicious, and the service was fabulous. If you are staying in Como area, make the trek, but reserve ahead and ask for a pickup at the top of the funicular.

Excellent repas dans cet hôtel familial qui surplombe le lac de Côme. Une carte réduite, des spécialités régionales, des produits locaux de qualité, et très bien cuisinés. Accueil très agréable, service impeccable. Toute une famille au service de leurs clients! Et des tarifs très corrects au vue de la qualité et quantité dans l’assiette! Un très bon moment!!

I have never eaten such good Fiorentina, not to mention the first courses! Spotlessly clean rooms and family-run staff who make you feel at home, highly recommended!!! Rich breakfast, space cappuccino!one guest from USA behaved very badly towards the staff by threatening them for no reason . I really appreciated the behavior of the staff!

Qualità/prezzo eccezionale. Pappardelle al ragù e filetto ai funghi 🍄 eccezionali. Personale gentilissimo che ti fa sentire a casa. Camere pulite,semplici con colazione ricca! Super Super consigliato!!

Per accedere al posto strada impervia , mal indicata e non illuminata. Gestione familiare pessima, persone non disponibili e qualità del cibo scadente. Le camere non sono pulite, lenzuoma vecchie. Pessima esperienza , non cosigliabile
