We stayed in the suite with our toddler, it was absolutely beautiful in every way, the staff are lovely, the views are to die for, the rooms were perfect. breakfast was absolutely lovely, croissants were delicious. The pool was clean and quiet, i would stay again in a heart beat.

Les photos présentés sur le site sont trompeuses. En effet, l'ensemble est vieillissant. Pas de restauration proposée à l'exception du vendredi et du samedi... (nous sommes arrivés le dimanche). Localisation de l'hôtel éloignée des visites et notamment du Lucques. Accueil très moyen notamment du fait d'une absence de personnel y compris pour un service au bar. Bref à éviter

Non vale le 4 stelle superiore.. Con quelle stelle ci si aspetta un po' di attenzione verso gli ospiti e verso i dettagli..arrivando scopriamo che il parcheggio è piccolo quindi dobbiamo lasciare la macchina lungo la strada ..il ragazzo che ci ha accolto senza raccontare o spiegare cosa offrisse l' albergo ci porta in camera ..entrando notiamo che in bagno vi era da sistemare il piano della doccia ( da tirare giù) ..poi manca il phon . Nella lampada del comodino giacevano degli insetti morti ..per .colazione bisogna compilare un foglio dove segnare l' ora in cui si vuole fare e le cose che si vuole mangiare ( lista poco fornita ..o generica come torta del giorno) ..in camera vi è un decoder attaccato alla TV che di notte emette una luce fastidiosa, bisogna staccare la spina ..il personale bisogna andare a cercarlo ..anche se la reception dicono dovrebbe essere aperta 24 h .. In poche parole non ne vale le stelle ..e naturalmente il ristorante è aperto solo 2 Giorni a settimana

We had a great stay; however, we did find a bit of a difficulty to communicate (language barrier) with the front desk person that works the evening hours.
Other than that, staff was great, breakfast was delicious, the room was huge and the views were worth the trip. Greatly recommended!

Magnificent views, excellent property. Very friendly personal. Great breakfast. However dinner as a matter of personal preference would recommend at Vecchia Osteria Da Batano just 1 min away driving or 3 min of walking

Siamo stati per un weekend lungo, nella suite Leccino, con piccolo giardinetto Spaziosa e ampia, vista sulla città di Lucca e degli ulivi e vigne vicine bellissime. Personale molto molto gentile e disponibile, colazione, in linea alle disposizioni anti Covid ( purtroppo) però si può ordinare alla sera quello che si desidera. Ottima location, consigliata

Everything about this hotel was exactly as it was advertised to be, including being 5 minutes walk away from the Casale de' Pasquinelli where we had a wedding to attend. Best thing about it though was the staff, every single one of them, but especially Elisa, who were every so helpful in every matter. The only (minor) minus to an all round 5 star was the temporarily closed restaurant due to staff sickness.
