The hotel is located in the airport with walking distance to terminal one. The staff is professional and kind and the room is very clean with body wash and other essential products.

Disgusting with every sense of the word. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. The whole stay was a disaster. My worst stay in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Let’s start with housekeeping. The first room had a spider in the bathroom. When I changed the room, the second room had insects on the walls. I literally checked out and went to the airport 4 hours prior to my flight just to get away from the hotel. I?m willing to bet that most rooms are this dirty since both rooms I?ve been in were disgusting. Let’s talk about disrespectful and unprofessional. Now I understand that the staff might not be fluent in English, but they MUST have the decency, willingness and patience to help customers understand what they are saying. I called room service twice, and when they had a hard time explaining things to me, they guy said something in Italian and then hung up. RUDE. VERY RUDE. I literally had to call a third time and tell him not to hang up and slowly try to explain to me where my food is and how long is it going to take. It can?t be that a customer is willing and has more patience than the staff. Finally, the room service menu was very light. Needs more option. Literally they only had one pizza, fries, soup I think and maybe one other option. I have never been to a hotel where they didn?t have at least a burger option and a club sandwich option. But compared to my first two points, this one seems less important right now. I will DEFINITELY NEVER be coming back to stay at this hotel.

JJessi_laiQuite a nice spot if you have to catch an early flight at Malpensa. Although there’s no shuttles provided by the hotel, the airport terminal bus is very convenient. The station “casa nueva” is between terminal 1 and 2, very convenient to reach and it takes only 3 minutes to walk from the bus station to the hotel. We didn’t dine at the hotel restaurant, but the buffet breakfast is simple and nice. There are some restaurants nearby within 5-min walking distance, great deal and tasty! The bed is super large and the shower is very comfortable. The only problem is probably the Wi-Fi, a bit slow and difficult to catch the signal in rooms.

GGuest UserA civilized haven after an awful experience. A stylish, welcoming and luxurious hotel despite check in receptionist being rather abrupt and aloof. Room very comfortable but air con too hot for us UK people..it is as hot at night as we get in summer during the day ! I was eventually assisted to get to the Arctic temperature of 16.5 ! Meal in restaurant was very good, service especially ! Lady serving in the bar was amazing...a real asset to the company ! A professional, someone who can speak to everyone, have fun and keep everyone happy..a real gem ! I will definitely stay here again, it was a real pleasure.

GGuest UserStayed overnight for our early flight home to the US. Front desk person was very efficient and kind. The room was particularly large for an European hotel—great mattress. Very clean. Helpful staff. Great place if you need a no frills, clean and comfortable place to stay while overnighting. Hotel has a free shuttle but a reservation is a must. Didn’t know that but they went out of their way to accommodate. Definitely mail use again if needed for this purpose.

Needed a place to rest overnight following my 24 hour flying visit to attend the screening of a movie premiere. Check in process was vey easy and straightforward. They have a hotel bar too and ordering drinks was easy. Not too pricey too. Room was very comfortable, bed was a good size too. Well equipped room, spotlessly clean and well laid out. Andre this morning on the check in counter was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Grabbed a free coffee and delicious pastries which I actually didn’t expect to be complimentary too. Andre was also very friendly and amiable too. He really took an interest in what I told him about my experience in Milan. (The guy on the desk last night was also helpful and friendly but didn’t ask for his name). Milan which was truly wonderful. Had a good rest ready for my flight back to London.

GGuest UserWe stayed here our last night in Italy to be close to the airport and make the next morning as easy as possible. This place was great. You just call the shuttle to pick you up when you need and schedule your time to take it on the return trip when you check in. Nice breakfast offering, and there’s a good restaurant open on the corner for a late dinner. The night we stayed (Wednesday) they were open until 10:30. Would definitely recommend for the value. Very affordable and the staff were very friendly. Clean rooms and good water pressure.

The hotel staff were excellent, after a very stressful four hours of not being able to board a plane, waiting for our bags to return and having zero communication from the flight company, we needed good people. The staff had held the kitchen for us so we had some food. They recommended ways to get to a different airport so we could get home earlier. Amazing people, very friendly, accommodating and helpful, thank you 🙏

The service was great, the staff very friendly and helpful , especially the staff in the dining hall when we went for breakfast. The breakfast was fantastic and very tasty and substantial and a good variety to pick and choose from. The coffees were great too.
Would have loved to have stayed longer to make use of their facilities but we were there for only one day and night. Will definitely come back.
