Plus Fariones Suite Hotel

We have just returned home following a glorious 8 day holiday in Plus Fariones suites. We had a very efficient and welcoming check in by Carmen . She did her best to get our room early . We were half board and the food was brilliant ..There was an excellent chef doing steaks and fish . Sorry I can't remember his name . We loved it so much that we started to plan our next stay . We were assisted by very capable young and friendly member of reservation team in the hotelThink her name was Francesca. She helped in planning our next holiday . Can't wait to go back . The only complaint we had was that drinks From bar were slow to arrive.

Our 2nd visit (the first being last year just after refurbishment opening). Unfortunately we got off to a rocky start as our room wasn't ready. The hotel now says check in is 3pm irrelevant of when you arrive so an early morning flight like ours means you could be left walking aound waiting for your room to be available. Room was as expected although lots of mosquitoes this year possibly due to being on the ground floor - take repellent! Still no cutlery though even though there is a microwave- just doesn't make sense. Our suite door was also left wide open by housekeeping one day so please use the safe! Kept lovely and clean with bedding changed regularly. Breakfast is lovely, plenty of choice and a very jolly man making omelettes of your choice (didn't get his name, but he was missed on his days off). Last year we had no issue getting a sunbed at any time of day but sadly not this time. People reserving sunbeds from god only knows what time - definitely before 7am!! A welcome addition is the gym area (another treadmill would have made it even better). It's quite small and should maybe have been where the select lounge is (this area didn't appear to get any use and was always empty). This hotel is situated perfectly inbetween the ***** and the old town with lots of places to eat and right on the beach for a stroll or swim.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay in.Looks stunning,from foyer to pool area to rooms.The room was very spacious with a fantastic pool and sea view.Cleaning staff did a fantastic job keeping our room and indeed such a big hotel in very clean and tidy.Huge breakfast room with a varied breakfast menu,very good pool area with many sun loungers,also having a life guard on site was great.Bar and reception staff were excellent at their jobs.We will definitely be there again.

My husband and I had a fabulous 2 week stay in plus Fariones suite hotel. I wish we had stayed 3 weeks as we really enjoyed . Staff were very friendly and helpful Rooms were kept spotlessly clean view from balcony was fantastic Breakfast was very good and variety to suit all

We are no strangers to the suite hotel fariones, having come to puerto del carmen 6 times (including this visit), one trip in 2018, being for our honeymoon and this year's trip in 2024, after the hotel was newly refurbished. (We stayed in the sister hotel next store in 2021 and it doesn't have a patch on the suite hotel 😉). We were so excited to be back in lanzarote, after a 2 year break to different places, after we had last been in 2021. I.e. we stayed in the sister hotel. So it was magical to be back and to stay in such a wonderful hotel. We had emailed before and asked if are room would be the best sea view and similar to the floor and room, we'd stayed in previously. We always know we will get the best customer service, as upon arrival we were so happy it was taken note of and we were astounded by the wonderful view from our 5th floor room. (I won't say the number, as my husband and I don't want to give it away so easily 😉). The moment we walked into the suite hotel room, it was spacious, clean, had a mini kitchen, living room and tv, large bathroom and then a separate big bedroom with a spacious wardrobe and tv also in the room. The breakfast was also amazing and has been improved upon, I think, since we last stayed. It has everything you could want and is on from 7.30 till 10.30am. You can also have a lovely omelette made fresh, which is lovely. The room could do with some plates, cutlery and an iron, but other than that it was perfect. We also had lunch on the terrace of the pool bar and the lunches are lovely as well. I recommend the plus fariones sandwhich (club sandwich). The service can be a little slow sometimes and we did have a mix up with an extra drink being added to our bill, as we had ordered from one person and it took 10 minutes waiting, so I just went up and ordered directly at the bar. There is also an onsite gym facility which my husband availed of and can keep one ticking over should they need it! The bedroom itself was so comfortable and the beds, so much so, that we both slept like we were at home! The staff throughout our whole stay were so friendly, warm and welcoming and whenever you have a question or a query, they are there to help. Shout out to the pool bar staff, Romero, Laura and our main, man Milton! - always smiling and so friendly. Also to the two lovely gentleman at the desk, (Samuel is the only name I caught) and also the lovely lady, who checked us out. Even checking out it's great, as we had an evening flight, so we could check and see if we could stay in our room. We couldn't, but if not, it was no problem, as they provide you with a complimentary room to shower and change before you leave. Just ask the day before you leave about the above. They also booked a transfer mini coach for us which is €30, as they advised that the taxis are sometimes late and has caused stress for them and the guests. Just returned from 10 days at this hotel, all areas are kept beautifully clean, and staff all helpful and great. I must give a huge thank you to Fenanda in the pool bar in the evenings, such a little thing who didn’t stop running around and gave great service always with a smile on her face, I hope the managers realise what a great asset she is to the hotel. My only gripe is the sun bed hoggers, some put their towels on beds early morning and didn’t use them until mid afternoon. Selfish with no thought to others who couldn’t find an empty sun bed.

Just returned from a lovely week in Plus Fariones Suite Hotel and for those contemplating a stay there thought I'd post a 100% honest review. Firstly, the many many positives about a beautiful hotel... 1. Absolutely perfect location, right on the beach, on the edge of the lively ***** in one direction and the more laid back Old Town in the other direction and surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants 2. Pristine cleanliness and housekeeping 3. Attentive reception and housekeeping staff 4. Spacious rooms & bathroom(we stayed in a suite with a separate bedroom) 5. Nice partial sea view (our room mainly faced the neighbouring 5 star Fariones Hotel) 6. Reasonable bar prices 7. Good breakfast choices 8. Excellent evening security - both outside and inside the hotel 9. Evening entertainment - definitely aimed at an adult audience even though the hotel was a family hotel nothing about it was designed for children so this could be a potential negative for some. 10. Wild parakeets happily flying around And a few negatives that definitely wouldn't put me off returning but would've made for a perfect stay 1. Lack of bar staff, guests having to wait up to 20 mins to be served and being turned away from the bar as they "couldn't serve that way" 2. Rooms would benefit from having an iron (although they are available on request from housekeeping) 3. Rooms have a small kitchen area complete with microwave but other than cups snd saucers there is no plates, cutlery or tea towels 4. Obligatory sunbed wars!! Beds all reserved by 9am and sitting unused for hours despite the hotel management posting notices that this was unacceptable behaviour, their threat to remove towels was totally unenforced Despite the negatives I would 100% recommend this hotel to any adult!!

We have just returned from a one week stay at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, it was a truly fabulous stay. Through no fault of the hotel, and us not understanding the room type that we had booked, upon checking in we requested to change rooms and this was not a problem. We arrived in the morning time and we were able to get our room keys straight away. Our room was fabulous and the cleaning lady left it so nice each day. We have a huge balcony with a fabulous view. We had a separate bedroom and a very comfortable sofa. The mattress, pillows, and duvet covers were such good quality and so comfortable. Breakfast was superb with something for everyone. Special thanks to the chef responsible for making the most delicious omelettes that we have ever tasted. Dinner was the best we have ever had in any hotel and the food was so fresh. There was a great selection every evening. I went for the steak most evenings which was cooked to your liking while you waited. The staff in the dining area were dressed so clean and professional and they could not do enough for you. We asked reception the best way to get to the market on the Sunday morning and within two minutes they had a transfer car arranged for us. The pool was fabulous and even in late afternoon, there was never an issue getting a sun lounger. Lovely relaxing background music was played each day and one of the afternoons they had a DJ and cocktail bar for a few hours which everyone seemed to enjoy. One thing that I cannot get over is how clean every part of this hotel is. The staff are constantly scrubbing the floors, pool area and all parts of the hotel. We had lunch most days at the pool bar which was delicious and very reasonably priced. Location was perfect, a two minute walk to the main ***** and the shopping centre is within walking distance. A ten minute walk to the Old Town. A large supermarket directly across the road. There is a gate at the pool which leads on to the beach which was so convenient. There were great singers providing evening entertainment. Staff are all so friendly and helpful and they all work so hard. We were only back home one day and we have already booked our stay here for next year. A fabulous hotel, possibly the best one in Puerto Del Carmen.

Currently staying in these beautiful apartments!! This is a gorgeous hotel. The staff are wonderful and will go out the way to assist you! The breakfast is everything you could want and more with cold/hot selections, yogurts fruit & even bottles of Prosecco if you wish to have a Buck’s Fizz with breakfast! Honestly something for everyone! We stayed in a top floor apartment - with spectacular views of everywhere - most importantly the adult roof terrace with whirlpool 5-10 walk from the main strip/town loads of restaurants bars shops and lovely beaches. Read a few negative reviews in regards to reserved beds but this isn’t the case at all and fairly patrolled with the life guard!! The main downstairs pool area was busy but never worried about getting somewhere to sit!! Already looking to book again next year Absolute paradise, but don’t tell EVERYONE might be full when I come back!
