Hébergement très bien situé et calme. Tout est accessible à pied et le supermarché au bout de la rue est très pratique. Le point d’amélioration serait les ustensiles de cuisine qui sont vraiment très juste…3 fourchettes, 3 couteaux ect…de même un petit pack d’accueil avec condiments (sel poivre,huile et sucre) serait appréciable. Nous en avons acheté et avons tout laissé dans l’appartement en espérant que cela n’a pas été jeté. Très bonne expérience, nous recommandons fortement cet appartement.

The apartments are clean, calm and comfortable. They are very well located just off the road from the main restaurants, bars, shops and beach. Our apartment was large and had everything you need. Our only small snag was that the shelves by the bed could do with updating, but aside from that, for the price you are paying, no complaints. The pool area is lovely and clean with parasols and comfortable sun beds. The apartments also have a brand new cafe that has just been set up. It is excellent. The salads are amazing. Many options that are vegan and gluten free. The only con we had was that the courtesy room desperately needs an update and a clean between guests using it on the check out day.

Had a comfortable stay in these apartments.
Comfy beds, air con, TVs in lounge and bedroom. All bedrooms at the back facing onto the pool area of another apt. block so nice and quiet.
Bathroom was a good size, powerful shower, constant temperature.
Sunny balcony, all facing the street, chairs, table and 2 sunbeds / parasol.
Pool was warm, plenty of loungers.
Good comms. from Rosamar enabling entrance if arriving after 5.00pm
Would recommend and stay again...

Las instalaciones de los apartamentos están muy bien. El apartamento tiene todo lo indispensable para pasar una semana allí. Si bien es cierto que nosotros no descansamos del todo bien por los colchones, son nuevos, pero están muy duros. Además entra mucha luz por las ventanas al no tener persianas. Un detalle dejar 2 almohadas. La ubicación es excelente, a un paso de la avenida de las playas, pero en una calle tranquila. Se puede aparcar perfectamente en las inmediaciones. Si no tienes coche, en la parada del ******, paran muchos autobuses que te llevan a distintos puntos de la isla. Al lado de los apartamentos hay un supermercado, es caro, pero está muy cerca y abre hasta las 22:00. Si necesitas toallas para la piscina en la recepción te las prestan, dejando una fianza de 15€.

We stayed in the Villa, which is slightly detached from the main Apartment Complex. Very modern, clean and well equipped, with daily cleaning and towel replenishment.
The apartments are only a few minutes walk from the centre of Puerto del Carmen, and a decent sized Supermarket and restaurant/bar only meters away.

Peaceful,stress free apartments. Great location.Only 3 minutes walk to the main *****/ front, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Supermarket, with everything you need across the road from apartments. Air-conditioned rooms,which are clean and have everything you need for self catering. Staff are always available if you need them. Stayed here many times and it's great value. Quiet pool, plenty of loungers, towels available if required.
