It was an average stay the food i ordered from the hotel restaurant was just not that great overall it was not a great stay for that much money spent

Good: reception desk & house keeping very courteous & helping. Improvement areas: owner/ leadership team need to take note of the following. (1) pathetic bathroom, very unmindfully designed - no hot shower (geysers are centrally run occasionally and that too, it's not effective, no rack or shelf to keep your toiletries stuff, basin design is such that you can't keep anything over it properly, shower curtain was hanging high allowing water to enter the dry area, commode very small & seats damaged (2) no place in the room to keep your suitcase in order to open it. (3) breakfast was very very oily. Tea was sugary like juice. (4) wifi was there but of no use as the signal was always very low.

Hotel viva inn is located at a very strategic location. It was value for money. Rooms are spacious. Rooms are equipped with everything required for a peaceful stay. The hotel staff is very supportive. Rooms are clean and the washroom is hygienic.

Food was bad a/c was not at all going in swing mode. Staff is polite and courteous hotel not maintained properly

The rooms are okay, not maintained really well. No dedicated non-smoking rooms. The staff is helpful but not really prompt or active. Its usp is that its location. So, i may still prefer it for a quick stay. I feel it’s overpriced though.

service:2. 5/5 ac is old and can't control temperature from remote. Main switch of ac @ reception to off or on ac. Toilet comord is not ok it's broken.

Rooms are not clean Not maintained toilets are horrible toilet pot broken no hot water no pressure to water
