I recently stayed at h hi pune for the third time, but unfortunately, the experience didn't meet expectations. The room quality doesn't justify the price, and during my recent business trip, i encountered several issues. The room i was initially given had a strange buzzing sound, and after being moved to another room, the same issue persisted. Additionally, the refrigerator wasn't working, and i had to call housekeeping three times before it was replaced. There were no bath towels in the room either, requiring yet another call to housekeeping. Service was quite slow, with a 20-30 minute wait for even basic requests. I had a similar experience during my first visit but didn’t report it at the time.

For the price in pune for hotels in that location, the hotel gives adequate services. The room upkeep like electricals and paints have scope for improvement, bed-sheets and room clean, breakfast has average spread and average taste.

Very bad smelling in rooms, i stay one day only, room service is very bad, lift isn’t not working upto 45 minutes, stare case door not open in time, king size bed not comfortable, two single bed attached, between two bed gap, not sleeping properly

The hotel was not maintained properly the curtains were fallen and when i open tap it came into my hand, i called the person at reception but no one came to fix this.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible. Front desk guys were worst and indifferentrooms are worst quality -insufficent space -refrigerators is not working - hot water is not there
-room was dust central, also with bad odour under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. -staff and manager was not co-operative they provided such bad services.

Hotel not good enough for the price it offers. Property too shabby required maintenance, cracks on the wall and no facilities like gym or swimming pool
