The quality of the mattress is not good i could not sleep properly throughout the night and the drinking water jug was not clinking it was very dirty the breakfast is very good

Hotel is very close to railway station. One can walk to the hotel. Room was small but tidy. There was no car park facility. Not sure if they provide food because after bath we immediately left.

I had a terrible experience with Shivam. Rooms were not clean, and the quality of room service was also up to the mark. we do not have the standard of service with respect to the payment we make. The images are far different form the reality

Not good place to Stay reasons are as below • Courtesy is big time missing from the staff • KYC for children below 10 is mandatory, when we requested pleas restrict for elders as we are booking 3 rooms only. They were firm for all persons KYC • First hotel to take full room rent on the timing of registration • We asked for Hot water and was assured to get in 10 minutes that never came • TAP in hotel is leaking full time • We ask for service or Bed staff instead of providing the service ask for money first • If you are going with family and asking for additional bed it is waste as they provide cotton bed on which you cannot sleep • Cleanliness is pathetic Overall not recommended to visit such non courteous hotel better look for other hotels

Hotel is near to pune rly. Stn. Food quality is ok. Room service and other things are ok. Overall a good experience for me.
