Excellent hotel. Rooms are clean. People and service is also good. Very central and nice location. Has a restaurant down below. Had alu ka paratha. Was good though a bit costly. Good locality. Loved this place

Near the hotel is the train station, there is no way to stroll around at night of course! Hotel facilities are new and breakfast is rich!

Hotel location is OK, there are some scattered shopping malls nearby, the distance is within 5KM, the train station is across the street. The facilities are relatively complete. The gym has enough aerobic equipment and less anaerobic equipment. Basically it is a set of dumbbells and a chest pusher. The pool and spa are just outside the gym. I tend to have three meals a day at the hotel. Breakfast, 70 RMB, more dishes and more seats; Chinese, dinner, and buffet dishes are a bit Indian, and I don't take care of tourists from other countries.

It's a decent hotel. They call themselves a business 4 star but it lacks in certain places. For example the bathroom sink is clogged. Stains on the marble. The highlight was the view from the room. Overall it's a decent hotel. Also, they only give 2 small bottles of water complimentary in the room. You atleast expect two 1 litre bottles to be given complimentary.

I have been to their Restaurants quite a few times over the years, and they are all very good, but stayed with the hotel for the first time, it was worth every bit. The service was very good without being intrusive, we had our family with small children for lunch and everybody enjoyed the hospitality. Thanks

The reservation room is recommended to bring breakfast, it is more sanitary, there are few places to eat around, the hotel wifi is not good, there are three security personnel at the entrance, and the security of the entrance to the hotel. There is Japanese cuisine on the 0th floor of the hotel. It is not in the middle and the room is good. I want to say that the sofa in my room, from my stay until I left, is wet. Later I discovered that it should not be artificial, because the air conditioner is heavy. Compared to other surrounding hotels, this hotel is highly recommended and has an airport shuttle. If you want slippers, be sure to ask him to ask!

Quite value for money and their breakfast is limited variety, but sumptuous and a good taste. Location is perfect in terms of all good restaurants nearby. Would stay again whenever i want be close to kp

I am currently staying at the Royal Orchard Inn for a week, with a booking that extends to a total of 33 nights. While the room and location are decent, my experience has been profoundly impacted by the unacceptable service I have encountered. The male manager on night duty is a significant source of frustration. His arrogant demeanor and unprofessional behavior have made my stay quite unpleasant. Rather than providing assistance to guests, he seems more interested in belittling and humiliating them. This approach not only reflects poorly on him but also on the establishment as a whole. During my interactions with him, I was taken aback by his dismissive attitude and lack of respect for guests’ concerns. In addition to his inappropriate behavior, I have also experienced serious issues with the cleaning service. I discovered a missing $100 note from my folder, which raises significant concerns about the vetting process for housekeeping staff. Such lapses in security and professionalism are alarming and unacceptable. When I attempted to address these issues with the night manager, I was met with complete indifference. He offered no resolution and seemed wholly uninterested in rectifying the situation. When I inquired about his qualifications in hotel management, his inability to provide a satisfactory answer only underscored his unpreparedness for this role. It is troubling to encounter such a lack of professionalism in a place that should prioritize guest satisfaction. I had higher expectations from the Royal Orchard Inn, especially given my positive experiences at other locations. It is disheartening that the behavior of a single staff member can overshadow the overall quality of the hotel. The management has not approached me to address these concerns or offer any form of apology, which only adds to my disappointment. While the hotel boasts a great location and pleasant views, the service, particularly from the night manager, has been exceedingly poor. I urge potential guests to carefully consider these factors before making a reservation, as my experience suggests that the current staff dynamics may detract from an otherwise promising stay.

Awesome stay but they can work upon their hospitality; breakfast spread was good with lot of options and location was great with many eateries and super Mart around; gym was good; Nice view from the room; would totally recommend.

Their online system for room check in was not working. Every time you want to enter the room you will need to find the staff. Washroom basin was logged with water.
