The overall experience was awesome at the price point offered. We had a 1 day stay at this place in a Premium Suite and the room had a premium look with basic necessities available. We had a city view and the sea was also visible. The breakfast buffet spread was good but if the items could be refilled as soon as it gets over. Mr Smruti was quite helpful and cooperative and ensured that we have a great stay. Kudos to the team!!!

Worst hotel staff not trend call centre argument with customer food was so bad breakfast bad what was that 10 am check out no adjustments with time late check in they allowed but late check out not allowed I never told anyone stay here………………….

Nice apartment and perfect location. Front Desk service excellent. Madhuri is provided outstanding service. Need breakfast includes in basic charge. Swimming pool require and gym also need. Vehicle should allow in premises. Madhuri allow our car.

This Was Best Hotel In Puri Excellent View Top Class Service Mind Blowing Environment ,Yammy Taste Of All Type Of Foods And All Staff Helpful And Friendly Nature But Special Thank For Madhuri Madam The Room Was Specious ,The Bathrooms Were Neat And Clean I Will Be Staying Here Again In Next Year

It was a comfortable stay with Hello By Ananya Puri, rooms are well maintained and very species. Staffs are very cooperative. Budget friendly and value for money. Safe and silent environment. Ms Madhri, Ms Pragati both girls are very friendly. Also the Hotel Manager Mr Sundaray very friendly and professional human being. Thanks for everything team Ananya.

Stay was amazing. Very nice location. Outskirts of puri.. Very nice and clean room.. came for dham yatra with mom. Auto takes about 250 from temple. Auto takes too much better to book cab for a day it takes about 3000 to 4000 We were hosted by Madhuri she was exceptionally good,polite and kind. Very happy with her service..

My stay at Hello by Anaya was exceptional. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was stylish, comfortable, and spotless, with all the services I needed. The on-site restaurant offered delicious, diverse meals, and food was a standout. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area, yet it remained a peaceful retreat. Smart and Cozy, rooms are well maintained. Self service cafe with nominal price.Staffs are very young and well trained. The Young Manager Mr Gyanesh very friendly and helpful.
