Hotel Deepak

One of the worst hotels. You have to forget about room services, Too many followups have to do for cleaning and hot water as many rooms are having no geaser. TV is not working , No land phone . Even they are giving customer's used bottles for water. Only good thing is beach is near, but if you are going with family avoid staying here.

Bunch of cheats......they took five thousand advance from me promising ac rooms with geyser and sea front. When we called them 15 days before, the receptionist (someone named 'Hari') informed that the services of the hotel have deteriorated and there are no ac or geyser available. On top of it, the owner has changed and the person who took advance has left the job. So whole 5 thousand they have looted from me and have not refunded. I have lodged a complaint on Puri police portal but there is almost no possibility of recovery of the money. I WARN ALL TOURISTS TO AVOID HOTEL DEEPAK PURI AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE BIG TIME CHEATS.

Hotel is very normal and staff is not at all professional. Need so many followup for any assistance, worst kitchen service. I would recommend anyone to Prefer taking hotel on Golden Beach rather in this hotel. You will get a better option in the same rate and on a better place.

geyser, television, lift, intercom, generator don't work at all.. poor service.. lack of coordination inbetween staffs.. overall a downgraded dharmashala.. no restaurant.. so you will have to do lots of excercise as you will have to use staircase everytime you will have to go out or even to reach out to the reception.. as intercom doesn't work..
