Hotel Park Beach Resort

Booking contract number is fraud. Its basically a scam. All photos are fake too. They took my money and stopped receiving call. After several calls they tried to scam me again through Gpay. Google is becoming scammers place. Please check before any enlistment

Darty rooms , service are so so, service persons are rude, not well behaved at all. The free breakfast they serve like they are giving like u are beggar and they give you beg...if options available then you can go to other hotels. Oo one thing I forgot to say, if you stay there never take help from them, they will change separately for that

Housekeeping is awesome. Location is very good. All staffs are cordial. In restaurant except rice everything have to order in full plate. This is wastage of money and food. Otherwise food quality is good. Complimentary breakfast is heavy.

View from room number 301 is excellent.180 degree view of sea.white bed sheet were with tear and stains.curtains were dirty with yellow marks.big gap inbetween window ac and wall.daily bird feathers were came in bed/side table.time of placing order in restaurant over the intercom,one extremely rude person picked up and talk unexpected talk.informed in reception.that male receptionist said 'sorry'.not that restaurant person.it was 8 days stay by paying quite good amount.we are staying there from 2004 I think.this type of behaviour not acceptable with no apology.

We stayed on room no 302 - 305 from 27th Dec to 30th December evening! 1. Location and sea view is excellent from the room. 2. Room service is fairly good. 3. Restaurant food is okey. 4. Extremely ill mannered receptionists (Male) and pathetic customer handing.
