Nice experiene with toshali sands Puri have a nice hotel ...... Food are good... Natural views are nice excellent.......I enjoyed that's views .......all staff are good.... specially rasna,prabhati are soo helpful ...... thankyou toshali

I just now had a word with Surarajit from the Kolkata team to book a room for my elderly parents travelling to Puri in February. I asked him to send me the bill/invoice so that I can pay 50% amount and book the rooms for my elderly parents. This fellow was extremely rude and arrogant and does not have the basis decency to talk to customers and refused to give me a bill. I even said how can I make the payment without the bill. He said thats their protocol and he can not go against the same. He was extremely disrespectful and misbehaved with me. Now I am scared to book something for my elderly parents at their property. Before booking if their attitude is like this, I wonder how they would treat my parents after they reach there. Their check out time is 7am in the morning and my parents train is at 2pm- Bande Bharat. I requested if my parents can rest in the lounge area, he refused and said that they will not allow. I even said that I would make extra payment but to allow my parents to wait atleast in the lounge/reception sitting area, he said that will not be possible. I really do not understand how can the hotel people treat customers like this. I usually do not give any reviews but when I told him that what you all are doing is wrong, he even said that do whatever you feel like and you cant do anything to me. I feel this kind of behaviour is extremely wrong and nobody should avail their services. Highly recommending not to book rooms in their hotel, especially if you are travelling with old parents and or sending your old parents.

The rooms were clean & air conditioned. Services provided were good ,as a bengali myself i was quite impressed by the bengali cuisine cooked there . The location of the hotel is best as it gave us the clear view of the beach there are various varieties of rooms in this hotel some are front facing and side facing towards the beach and the cottages are well maintained and decorated . Staff behavior is good with their customers . It's a budget friendly hotel if you want to opt for low price range good hotels this is one of them. Its a walking distance to swargadwar and the market. But there are two things I would like them to improve is that there management as there is a lack of staff and the quality of fish and meat available . As a customer , the hotel should be offering good quality of food , hygiene and services.

Behaviour of the staff at the reception is very rude The person engaged in reservation charge must be well behaved Guests must be treated well so they love coming again and again to stay at the resort Bed sheets pillow covers are not changed regularly

The booking staff of Kolkata is really rude. During the start of Covid outbreak when we booked the staff did not reschedule our stay and lot of charges were cut. On repeated requests to reschedule the stay within 1 year or following 6 months. nothing was paid heed to and lot of charges were cut and then the part of the booking amnt was refunded. Horrible experience. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Good room,good food but very bad service ওখানে একজন আছে যে গাড়ির বিষয়ে যোগাযোগ করে। এ বিষয়ে হোটেল কর্তৃপক্ষকে সরাসরি involved হতে দেখি নি,কিন্তু আপত্তিও করে না।আমাদের stay র 2nd day তে সে অতি ভোরে উঠতে বাধ্য করল চিল্কা যেতে চেয়েছিলাম বলে। চিল্কার পাশের একটি হোটেলে নৌকা চড়ার আগেই lunch এর order দিতে হল,ফিরে এসে খাবার জন্য।আমরা soft crab এর খোঁজ করছিলাম, এরা জানালো তাদের কাছে আছে।আমি অন্য এক রেস্তোরাঁয় driver কে নিয়ে যেতে বলেছিলাম,যেখানে যথার্থই soft crab পাওয়া যায়,driver রাজী হল না তার প্রথম থেকেই ভীষণ তাড়া।যাই হোক,ড্রাইভার এর নিয়ে যাওয়া রেস।তারায় যে order নিল,সে দামটা কিন্তু জানালো নাRs,1000/ advance নিয়ে রাখল।চিল্কার বুকে থাকা অবস্থায় ফিরে আসার জন্য driver ফোন করে তাগাদা দিতে থাকল। যাই হোক,অভীষ্ট সব জায়গা না দেখে (যদিও পুরো ৫ হাজারের উপর টাকা দিয়ে টিকিট কাটা হয়েছিল) এসে lunch করার পর বিল দেখলাম সাত হাজার টাকার কাছাকাছি, আর দু প্লেট কাঁকড়ার এক এক প্লেটাের দাম হেঁকেছে Rs 2500/করে।আর soft crab ও দেয় নি। আমরা ১০ই ডিসেম্বর Puri Deep Resort থেকে By Road Daringbsri গিয়েছিলাম। আমাদের ঐ আগের driver আর একজন driver কে দিল। আগের drivet বলেছিল,চার ঘন্টা লাগবে। short এ রাস্তা আছে। কিন্তু এই driver আমরা না বলা সত্ত্বেও "সাক্ষীগোপাল 'ঘুরিয়ে অনেক ঘুরপথে আমাদের নিয়ে গেল। টানা নয় ঘন্টা লাগিয়ে দিল। সকাল পৌনে সতটায় বেরিয়ে যখন ক্ষুধায় তৃষ্ণায় এবং প্রকৃতির ডাকে কাতর হয়ে ফুলবানির কাছে একটা রেস্তোরাঁয় ঢুকলাম,বেরোবার পরে সে অজুহাত দিতে লাগল,ওখানে ঢোকার ফলেই দেরি হয়েছে।এখানেই শেষ নয়,,সে পৌঁছে যাবার পর (Utopia Resort এ উঠেছিলাম) কিলোমিটারের ডাবল রাস্তা হিসাব করে যাওয়া এবং তার ফিরে আসার ভাড়াও নিয়ে নিল,পাক্কা বারো হাজার টাকা। যেখানে গেলাম ওখান থেকে নেট ওয়ার্ক আসসে না বলে দীপ রিসোর্টে বা আগের driver কে জানাতেও পারলাম না। পুরীতে আবার যাব,আবার দীপ রিসোর্টে উঠব,কিন্তু ঐ হোটেলে বসে থাকাtour and travels এর ঐ লোকটিকে আর নিয়ে যেতে দেবো না। সবাইকে বলব,বাইরে অনেক tour and travels এর office আছে,সেখান থেকে গাড়ি নিয়ে নিতে,আমরাও তাই করব।ঐ লোকটিকে বিশ্বাস করে এই বয়সে এত ঠকে গেলাম বলে নিজেদেরই লজ্জা করছে।

Location of the hotel is best, just opposite of sea beach. They have variety AC room. We were large group so we booked various typed of room. I stayed at cottage room which was best and well decorated. All cottage rooms are in terrace. They had very cleaned and maintained. Everyday they had cleaned room & washroom, also changed bedsheets and pillow cover. Staffs were cordial. Free Wifi  facility available. They have car parking area. Room service was little bit of poor. We had issue with restaurant service namely C/o Bangali.  They were bad management and food quality also not upto the mark according to price range. They have no time sense. This should be improved or change the restaurant partner.

The only positive aspect of this property is its location. Else it’s just an overpriced dump. Lumpy pillows, dusty blankets, torn chairs in the room, murky toilet pot, and a bad smell in the room. All of these made us check out of the hotel paying one day tariff without even staying. Not recommended at all.
