Hotel Bidesh Ghar

Pathetic, Rooms are unhygienic, staff are useless don't even listen , they even don't have house keeping staff for cleaning and all, We have passed that night any how and left the hotel on next day. There restaurant is also unhygienic and unhealthy. Don't ever try to stay in this hotel. Booked for 3 nights but left the hotel very next day

Very bad behaviour of staff, Intercom was not working, Tv was there but no bangla channel was there, food served was cold, when we requested them to see these problems as we had a long stay, they gave very insulting words to my a senior brother. It was not expected from a hotel staff . Please avoid this hotel , it's not recommended.

There is no room service whatsoever. Keep this in mind while visiting this hotel. They won't serve you tea, water, or food directly to your room. They don't have an intercom. You have to climb 3-4 flights of stairs to reach the reception desk and find no one present. They won't change your bedsheets/pillow covers daily. You will be using the same ones provided to you during check-in. We have to request the cleaning staff to clean our rooms. Yes, "request." They will never come voluntarily. I stayed for four days and paid 8000 INR. Worst experience so far in Puri. The lady at the counter is the rudest person I have ever met. She thinks she shows us mercy by letting us stay in the hotel. Stay away from this hotel, if possible.
