If I talk about "Product Quality", hotel is very good. Room & amenities are absolutely value for money. Location is excellent. But the service & the staffs are terrible. I, being a General Manager of a resort, was shocked to see the cold behaviour of the reception staffs. They don't smile. They hardly acknowledge your presence. You don't even feel like communicating with them. Housekeeping staffs have zero communication amongst themselves. On the third day of my stay 3 different individuals knocked my door for servicing. Someone or other will knock your door in regular intervals. I even got a knock by the service staff for dinner order. Come on guys, if at all I need to order there's a phone in the room for the same purpose. If you order food, they won't send the bill with the food. They will send it after 10 PM. So, you need to stay awake even if you have an early morning train. If I don't return to this hotel, that's solely because of its terrible staffs & service standards. When you're charging 4500/- odd per night, you must practise some basic service standards. Hope the management takes this review as an area of improvement & rectify the errors
