The hotel room which i saw online was not given, the hotel room did not have the lock and key, there was water leakage in the bathroom and the bathroom was very small, the room was smelling a lot, breakfast was included but breakfast was not given. Not images

Room is moderate as compared to the price. Lots of cockroaches and mosquitos trouble everything inside the room. There are no pest control in hotel. Room service is is moderate. Tge stay was not very pleasant.

Excellent stay with my family. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food was great with good quality and quantities. But 🪳 are everywhere, I informed the hotel staff about it and they told me it is due to the ongoing renovation work at hotel. They'll take care of it after the renovation.

The hotel shown in pics is different and the room is in a different hotel. I booked in " kakkson villa" as shown, room is allocated in different hotel " kakkson inn"
