I recently had the misfortune of staying at a certain hotel that left me utterly disappointed and dissatisfied. My experience was marred by abysmal service, ongoing renovation work, and rooms that were far from accommodating. I feel compelled to share my ordeal to warn others who might consider booking a stay at this establishment.
From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hotel staff had no interest in providing a pleasant experience. The receptionist was indifferent and unhelpful, barely acknowledging my presence as she checked me in. Her lack of professionalism set the tone for the rest of my stay.
To make matters worse, the hotel was undergoing extensive renovation during my visit. I was unaware of this fact when making the reservation, as it was not disclosed on their website or during the booking process. My assigned room was a nightmare. The furniture appeared worn-out and outdated, desperately in need of replacement. The AC wasn’t working properly, the washrooms were wrecked. It is clear that the management prioritizes profit over guest satisfaction, and until they address these issues, it is best to avoid this hotel!

Room clean is very good housekeeping staff are very good and helpful specially Sunita sethi and Sunita samtaray very nice and helpful thank you . vist again we are really enjoyed thanks once again to housekeeping team . Location is mostly beautiful really it's a sacha nice place

Too far off… away from core Puri area. Service is terrible… foods in menu card aren’t available… for 2 days, we didn’t get any soft beverages… room is old and decaying furniture… fundamental hoteliering culture is missing

The property photo is not matching with real amenities and no maintenance in the hotel room. Don't book this hotel if you want a pleasant stay. I spent around inr 80k for premium rooms including tourist vehicle. Travel desk - hotel own staff directly told me that this hotel is not good. Also the charges are very high including the dinner or breakfast which was claimed to be complementary but they charged extra.

Hospitality was very good. However hotel premises can be better maintained. Though it is a beach resort, we cannot go into water due to poor maintenance of surrounding area. Some problem with ac, due to which floor walls doors are becoming wet. Most weird thing is check out is at 8am in the morning.
