From exceptional check-in clerk, to breakfast, and all in between, a very pleasant stay. Nice amenities , clean, quiet rooms, refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker-- what's not to like?

Great facility, space spacious room, friendly service. The breakfast has a large variety, Including a variety of fruits, oatmeal, hot food, boiled eggs, bakeries, yogurt. And coffee available all day. Located in the nice area of the town, close to shopping malls and good restaurants.

They were under construction and not all the amenities were available including the pool. I understand that these upgrades needed to be done but the biggest reason why we chose to stay there was because it had a pool and at the time of booking they failed to mention that it would be closed. I expressed my frustration to the staff and I was pretty much told tough sh*t not our problem and next time book directly through the hotel not with *******. Not worth the money we paid to stay there, not even close. Very disappointed will not stay there again.

It was nice to have a Dennys across the parking lot. Hotel lobby and pool was closed but no mention of this when booking. We liked the lobby bar last time we were there. A large truck/trailer was unattended in parkung lot and alarm went off all during our dinner and still going off when we went to bed. I asked the front desk to call thenpolice to find out who it belonged to. Alarm went off all night and bothered the guests across the hall from us too. Really unacceptable that nothing was done about it.

The hotel is undergoing some changes but it wasn’t bothersome. The only complaint we had was the breakfast. Just poor quality in general.

The staff were friendly and professional but the beds were past their prime by a few years and the bathrooms were as small as a stall in public restroom. The door cleared the toilet by an inch. This property has the worst bathroom space I have ever encountered even in their premium rooms.

The hotel is being remodeled so the pool and spa were not available and the breakfast room had to be relocated temporarily. Still, one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in a long time. The room was very comfortable and the hotel location is close enough to the highway to be convenient and far enough away to be quiet. The Denny's restaurant next door is a nice benefit.
