This is my fifth stay at this hotel and it never disappoints. The rooms are comfortable (great bed - perfect for the rainy weather) and I particularly like the breakfast buffet. I personally appreciate the service and a special mention to the cleaner and floor manager (秦嘉璐 Jack) for being welcoming, showing me to my room and just simply being polite and hospitable. This is exactly why I keep coming back to this hotel and will continue to come back.

Qingdao MGM Hotel truly offers a grand and affordable experience. The spacious rooms are a highlight, with a bed that can easily accommodate 4-5 people, providing ample room for a comfortable stay. The presence of a mini couch adds a touch of luxury and offers a great spot to enjoy the mesmerizing sea view. The aesthetics of the toilet are impressive, with a huge light mirror and a flexible mini light mirror that can be adjusted to your liking, making it convenient for personal grooming. The inclusion of a bathtub and a separate shower area caters to various preferences. One of the standout features is the Dyson hair dryer, known for its efficiency in drying hair quickly. This added amenity enhances the overall guest experience. The automated toilet seat is a thoughtful touch, as it lifts when you enter and automatically flushes when you leave, providing convenience and maintaining hygiene. Qingdao MGM Hotel certainly combines luxury and affordability, making it a delightful choice for a memorable stay.

It was a very pleasant trip to Qingdao, and the choice of Diaoyutai Hotel made the trip even more memorable. Compared with the vibrant and light luxury MGM, I prefer the low-key and restrained Diaoyutai. Chinese red and Chinese beauty are the eternal king. The hotel environment is very good, the service is really considerate, and it is very comfortable to stay here for family travel. Breakfast is recommended to be eaten at Diaoyutai on the 51st floor, because of its quality + landscape + atmosphere. Scallion oil noodles are highly recommended. There are many breakfast styles in MGM, but the environment is a little noisy. The key point is that I was very lucky to meet Bella, who is beautiful and kind, at Diaoyutai. From the initial reservation and room selection to the handling of big and small things during the stay, it was really great. I had a little cold on the second day in Qingdao. The considerate Bella also specially asked the kitchen to prepare cola ginger juice for me. During my stay, I would ask her any questions, and she always answered carefully and promptly. I was really moved. Thank you for your company and care during the trip to Qingdao these days. I think we will meet again😊

I decided to come here to take the postgraduate entrance examination. When I came in, someone was waiting for me. The front desk lady gave me a bottle of hot water. When I got out of the elevator, I saw the encouragement for postgraduate entrance examination candidates posted by the hotel, and I was instantly moved. The room is spacious and clean. The robot delivery is very convenient, and the cleaning is also timely. It takes only two steps to Taitung. The facilities in the room are very good, and there are cotton swabs for makeup removal. I felt so comfortable when I came in that I didn't want to study. The attitude of the service staff is very good, and they will take the initiative to say hello when they see me. I think it is not inferior to Huazhu. When I left, they gave me a souvenir and wished me to succeed. The postgraduate entrance examination candidates felt warm in their hearts 55555

This is a mixed review for me. On one hand, we paid for a Seaview that had a building blocking 80% of our view. When we asked to change rooms, they gave us a run around and told us to deal with it. We contacted ctrip, and quickly got a room with a better view. From that point they were pretty kind and courteous. Afterwards, we went to the Hawaiian BBQ restaurant that is affiliated with the hotel. We could only stay there an hour as they were closing. My girlfriend and I had one beer apiece, along with two plates of cold kebabs as they didn’t want to heat anything else. We would have eaten more, but there was no food. When the bill came, it was 572. That was surprising to say the least. Throughout the days to come, we realize that all of the restaurants were quite expensive. So when we looked at their room service selection, we were happy as it appeared to be less expensive. Each meal, we bought no more than 300 worth. And we only ate four times while we were there. The bill came out to 4300. I don’t know where their additional expenses came from. The hotel offered quite a few amenities, but we were busy exploring the city. Please not they have very slow room service. However, besides our initial interaction, all of the staff were kind and warm, It is therefore that I say that it was a mixed review. And I hope that this helps someone when deciding to stay.

The hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating. The facilities are just great, it's within close walking distance of May 4th square, the coast and the Mixc mall is practically in the same building complex. It's an ideal location for business trips, or vacation. The rooms offer enough facilities that if you are staying long enough you can cook for yourself, you can also get assistance from the staff to order take-aways, and there are a large number of different kinds of restaurants nearby. Also there's a 7-11 convenience store within 2 minutes walking distance from the entrance to the hotel. And getting a taxi is very easy and convenient through the Didi app. If you're familiar with how things work in China, it'll be really easy for you to feel at home, if not, the staff will do their best to assist you with anything you need. Very good value for money,

Overall stay was very good. The hotel staff is nice, room was fairly clean. Maybe it’s slow season, the staff all look a bit sluggish. They are either not prepared to answer questions or don’t know how to answer questions. On their website it says they have airport shuttle service with added fee, when I asked them they look dumbfounded. Breakfast was tasteless, nothing was very good. The room I had had dirty windows, and a broken fridge. The hotel staff was nice to put my things in their front desk fridge. Other than that everything else was nice.

The apartment is awesome, very big, adorable view, clean and …. bathtub🛁with ocean view. Also there is a kitchen with the stove, fridge and washing machine which can be very useful, especially when you travel with your family. But we didn’t use them because for breakfast we went to the hotel’s restaurant and ate delicious buffet. The hosting staff can speak English and very helpful. And no doubt-the location is the greatest advantage of this apartment. 4-5 minutes and the sea 🌊 Wow😍

We had a wonderful stay at Qingdao Litian! The hotel is perfect for families with kids, offering a welcoming and safe environment that made our trip truly enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any requests, making us feel right at home. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend Qingdao Litian for families looking for a kid-friendly and supportive hotel experience. We’ll definitely be back!

This is a beautiful modern beachside hotel with great views of the sea. The staff was very professional and manager Wendy小王 in particular made sure that my family was very well taken care of during our stay. She was always quick to respond to any queries or needs that we had. The rooms and facilities in general were very clean and the gym equipment in particular was state of the art and very enjoyable. The breakfast selection was very good, as was the dinner served during Happy Hour in the lounge. The location was also excellent, being close to the center of the city, May Fourth square, as well as various museums and tourist attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to any business or leisure traveller to Qingdao.
