This is my fifth stay at this hotel and it never disappoints. The rooms are comfortable (great bed - perfect for the rainy weather) and I particularly like the breakfast buffet. I personally appreciate the service and a special mention to the cleaner and floor manager (秦嘉璐 Jack) for being welcoming, showing me to my room and just simply being polite and hospitable. This is exactly why I keep coming back to this hotel and will continue to come back.

Holiday Inn Expo is a nice hotel, but it’s in the middle of nowhere. There are no shops or restaurants nearby. It’s even difficult to waimai food to the hotel. There is a subway stop within walking distance, but iOS’s a 20 min subway ride from anything of interest.
This morning at 7am, I was awoken by loud construction noise. So annoying! What hotel allows construction to happen at 7am. I was thoroughly looking forward to sleeping in on my weekend vacation. 😡

A beautifully crafted place with friendly and comforting services. Love the way they did the building and how you can actually do your own washing and drying at the washing room. We came during a rather hot timing and they simply had no reservations in providing the water we much needed. Generally a surprisingly happy experience!

I went to see Li Jian's concert with my friends and booked this hotel on the spur of the moment. When I checked in at noon, the room was not ready yet, and the girl at the front desk chatted with me and introduced the hotel breakfast, etc. The service attitude was very good, and the bedding was all from Atour. After watching the concert in the evening, I came back hungry, and when I was about to go out, the waiter introduced free porridge and buns. Except for the small room, I was very satisfied. Especially the service attitude!

The front desk of the hotel is very nice. Judy also gave us breakfast when we checked in. The housekeeper Kitty also helped us arrange the room in advance and upgraded the room. It was a very warm stay experience. I recommend it to friends on business trips.
