The hotel's stay exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The hotel is located close to the central landmarks such as May Fourth Square and Hong Kong Middle Road MixC. It is also very convenient to travel to the destination with Metro Line 3, which saves me a lot of time. The room is clean, with complete disposable supplies, and the bathroom is carefully cleaned without any unpleasant smells. The staff at the front desk are friendly. Because the weather is hot, they carefully provided drinks with our ID cards when checking in. When we left the hotel, it was too early and there was no subway to the airport. The hotel also helped to call a taxi and carry our luggage... Most of the problems when we checked in were considered in advance for us. Whether it was the warm reception at check-in, it made people feel very warm.

Hotel location, breakfast and service are excellent. We arrived late and was served dessert brought to our room. It was a delightful surprise.
The only setback is the toilet in our room which is separate from the bathroom and does not have a hose to wash away the urine stench left over time. Even though the housekeeping staff came to clean up, the stench just couldn't go away. It was a pity!

Trip gives the impression this is a five star hotel. It's not. It is 4 star. It is also quite dated. It's not bad, but it's far from great. Again, Trip gives the impression that it much better than it is. It's quite a worn out place with rooms in desperate need of a makeover. It also lacks charm or a feel of sophistication. Just kink of bland, really. Also, you can really taste the savings at the breakfast buffet. Again, not bad, but really cheap and bland. The one stand out was the Chinese food I ordered for room service.

The hotel room is spacious and clean. It has a great location about 5 min walk to the train station and the beach. The service was super good, satisfying all the needs of customers. Besides a free good breakfast, they provided afternoon tea for both days even though we stayed only for one night. There is also a free upgrading of room for our next booking. The Christmas room has three large windows, and you can see the scenery from different angles. The more windows, the more comfortable you feel! The location of the hotel is the best. It takes only 1 minute to get to the subway station. It takes only a few subway stops to get to various popular attractions. It is very convenient to take the subway at 7 o'clock in the morning. Get up early in the morning and stroll to the seaside of May Fourth Square. It only takes 6 minutes to get there. Then follow the coastline to watch the citizens take a bath in the sea and catch sea fish. Stroll back under the green shade on the exquisite stone road. It's very comfortable! The customer service is very considerate and attentive! The service is thoughtful! A satisfactory trip to Qingdao, a very good stay experience!

During this trip to Qingdao, we chose to stay at Atour Hotel Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center Hisense Plaza. It was a smart move that made us happy. This is a particularly warm and homely hotel. The service staff are very polite and warm. When you sit in the lobby to rest, there will always be lovely front desk staff to bring tea. The room is reasonably furnished and comfortable. The drinks in the refrigerator are provided free of charge. Coffee is also free. The breakfast is also rich. You can eat seafood in the morning. Porridge is also provided late at night. There are supermarkets and shops around, which are convenient to go everywhere. You can also go to the beach to watch the light show at night. Qingdao is really a charming city, and I will come back to play again.

Lovely location right by the main esplanade. About a 5 minute walk to the closest metro station. Sound insulation was great. The room was a lot bigger than expected, and facilities inside the room all functioning. I was even upgraded to a sea facing room. Bed is comfortable as well are the shower facilities. Overall great stay. Highly recommend for business/family travellers alike.

In the room are not enough electricity sockets, there wasn't a dedicated space for the electric kettle. We had to put it on the floor to make coffee or tea, whats crazy in such an expensive hotel.

First and foremost, the receptionist displayed exceptional customer service. Our early morning arrival was met with a warm welcome and an unexpected early check-in. This considerate gesture allowed us to freshen up and kick-start our adventure, setting a positive tone for our stay.
During our visit, there was a minor hiccup with housekeeping - a misplaced pair of Nike Air Max shoes. Thankfully, the vigilant receptionist swiftly resolved the issue, locating and returning the missing item promptly. To make amends for the inconvenience, they went the extra mile, offering a small gift and complimentary breakfast coupons as a gesture of goodwill. Such attentiveness to guest needs is truly commendable.
While we chose to explore authentic local cuisine during our trip, bypassing hotel dining, I cannot provide feedback on the food quality or variety.
In terms of location, this hotel scores points for convenience. Taxis are readily available, and it took us just 30 minutes to reach the stunning Laoshan Mountain, a must-visit destination. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a bustling night market right across the street adds to its appeal.
However, there's room for improvement, notably in the cleanliness department. The bathrooms, in particular, left much to be desired, with an unpleasant odour lingering during our stay. Broken equipment, such as the wardrobe, was also in need of repair. Furthermore, the electric kettle was not up to our cleanliness standards, discouraging its use.
In summary, this hotel offers excellent customer service, convenient access to transportation and local attractions, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. However, attention to cleanliness and maintenance, especially in the bathrooms, is an area that could use some enhancement.

There is also beer for sale downstairs. I buy a bottle every day and drink it while watching movies. Not bad, there are Hema and IKEA next to it. It is very suitable for staying for a few days

RRachelle MaeLocation is great because our intention was to be in the Laoshan District. Might not be easy if most of your plans are in the touristy areas such as the Tsingtao Brewery Museum. Anyway, there is Metro (underground subway) which helped us address that in case we wanted to have a look at downtown. The hotel is a 10 min walk from either Haiyou or Haichuan stations in Line 2.
We’re not so much of a fan of Chinese food for breakfast, so the free breakfast was not fascinating for us. They did have eggs and bread.
There is an elevator to help us carry or luggage all the way to our floors. And the room was neat and clean, and they clean it every time we’re out.

GGuest UserI was surprised to find a treasure niche boutique hotel. The hotel is conveniently located, the door is very low-key, the stay found that the environment inside is very good, the layout details are tasteful, I like it very much, the room is comfortable and satisfactory.
The front desk of the hotel said that there was a free coffee gift on the first night, and a glass of ice latte was really delicious! ! I asked the front desk to know that this was prepared by the hotel owner. The boss himself is also a coffee hobby. He uses the good beans that the boss drinks by himself. Like me like coffee to live must taste, better than star dad.
I am used to staying in a chain hotel. It is rare to encounter a hotel that makes me feel warm and cost-effective. It is worth my serious evaluation and worth recommending.
