Stay in a family room during the National Day holiday in 2024 Live near Shilaoren for the first two days of the holiday and visit Laoshan. On the 4th, move to the trestle and start the city walk. 1⃣️The hotel is located in a prime location. You can reach the trestle scenic area by walking a few hundred meters from the hotel. Opposite is the ”Qingdao Post and Telecommunications Museum”. It is also close to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street. It is less than 1.5 kilometers away from the heavyweight attraction Naval Museum. It is not difficult to walk there. There are many other small attractions, Internet celebrity check-in spots, and characteristic blocks around here, which are very playable. 2⃣️The hotel has a strong sense of age. The room is located on the top 9th floor. The parent-child room is large enough. I was a little nervous when I saw the note that there was a wall blocking the view before booking. After checking in, I found that it was just the building opposite the hotel's own circular structure that was partially blocked. The distant coastline scenery is still very eye-catching. It is facing the hemispherical building ”Dream Sea World” and other buildings in the pier scenic area. It can be regarded as a sea view room. You can also see the Customs Building not far away. Because there is a clock on each side of the arrow tower on the top of the building, the children insisted that it was the Big Ben of the UK. They kept talking about it countless times in two days, which was a fun thing to stay in. 3⃣️The decoration in the room is relatively old-fashioned, but the bedding is excellent, and the whole family has a very good sleep for two nights. The free drinks include 6 bottles of Laoshan mineral water per day, which is the highest quantity I have ever encountered when staying in a hotel. In addition, a one-time free drink and water gift package is provided after check-in, including two cans of beer, a bottle of Oriental Leaves and a bottle of Laoshan White Snake Grass Water (I can't remember the name), this combination is very eye-catching. In addition, the room is also equipped with a small refrigerator, which is not standard according to the hotel level, which is very good. The only drawback is that the washroom is a bit cramped, the basin area is small, the hair dryer is a little worse, the toilet button light facilities are a bit old and not very flexible, the shower is standard, the water temperature is stable and the water flow is slightly flat. The service is very good. It was less than 12 o'clock on the day of check-in and extended to 2 o'clock on the day of check-out. 4⃣️No evaluation is made without experience of breakfast. There are free stamps at the front desk of the hotel for those who like to collect stamps. Finally, I would like to focus on the ”Health Station” set up in the hotel lobby. It is a lounge. Different from the rest areas of other hotels, this is a closed room. Guests can enter by swiping their room cards. There are massage chairs, blood pressure monitors, and water dispenser lights inside. The two days of my stay coincided with the company's temporary limited time, and I had to work overtime every night. At this moment, this ”Health Station” was tailor-made for me. There was no one at night. I went in and connected the laptop to the meeting directly, accompanied by drinks and melon seeds for entertainment. It was really comfortable and invincible. It was the most comfortable time for me to work overtime outside. Objectively speaking, the price premium for holiday stays is higher, but in terms of personal experience, it can be said that the good impression is overwhelming, so I try to write it in more detail for later reference.

The location was very convenient, literally walking-distance to subway or bus stations. It's also close to the church and there are lots of food stores nearby. The check-in process for foreigners are easy and simple. The price is very affordable (we've stayed here for 4D3N for 720rmb, includes breakfast for 3 days and a coffee voucher can be taken at the reception desk). The room was small, but it's enough since we weren't staying at the hotel all day. The amenities are complete as listed on Trip.com . The minibars are free as well (including the ones on the fridge). Recommended hotel if you're visiting Qingdao!

This is not your top five-star hotel, if that's what you're after. I've seen much better ones. BUT, I somehow had the best swimming beach vacation since 1975 at this hotel. Problems: 1) worn-out towels: 2) no clothing cupboard; 3) no bathrobes; 4) smallish room size; 5) noone speaks English at the check-in desk 6) no in-room safe. Havingg said that, I REALLY enjoyed a simple swimming beach vacation at this holiday. They clean up my room when I asked them to; They don't bother you when you're there; they're friendly when you check in or out. And there's a common refrigerator at the check-in desk if you really need to have your food to be preserded for a couple of days. One problem: DIDi cars have a hard time accessing you: the road outside the Hoel is pretty much heavily-used, so get ready to facing difficulties when getting to your DIDI ride... Overall, a very positive outlook. Will definitely come again Positives: 1) Great Location. Haitian is not my first hotel that I stayed arriving into Qingdao. I stayed at the Westin and Shangri-La. By far, Haitian is the best hotel that I’ve experienced over these 3 hotels. From checkin to the rooms and amenities. Jack was the one checked me in. Service was excellent. He has given me all the information upon checkin and also he has kept me informed on the weather and making sure I had a comfortable stay. I really did have a great stay at this hotel and will definitely recommend to my friends in the future. Keep the great work Jack. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one.

The comfort level is good, the atmosphere is good, the environment is very good, the surrounding facilities are also very complete, it is very convenient to go anywhere you want to play, the Mixc is nearby, you can go shopping when it rains, and you can borrow an umbrella when it rains, but you need to deposit 100, but it will not be collected, it will be refunded when you return the umbrella. Two cards will be given when you check in, the room card and the electricity card are separate, which is very convenient. You can insert the electricity card in the room and go out, because you need to swipe the room card to take the elevator, so even if there are two people and there are people in the room, remember to bring the room card! My mother & I stayed here overnight as we had a quick layover in Qingdao; however, I wish we could’ve stayed here longer because the services & amenities were wonderful! The lovely front desk & lobby employees were very knowledgeable and went above & beyond to make our experience as positive as possible. Check in was very smooth & they also helped answer any questions we had. After a long day of traveling, being greeted so kindly was absolutely appreciated. In tandem with this, one lobby employee went above & beyond to help bring our stuff to our room; although we did not catch her name, her humility was very heartwarming. In addition to this, our room was very clean and items like towels & slippers were all clearly disinfected. They also provided amenities that we utilized such as free laundry, water, and bathroom items that contributed to a comfortable stay. In the morning, we also had breakfast here which was phenomenal. Once more, the staff was extremely helpful & the food was fantastic. I wouldn’t think to stay anywhere else next time we come back to Qingdao!

It is really convenient to choose tourist accommodation near Wusi Square, whether traveling or going to Internet celebrity attractions. The hotel facilities are very new and the mattresses are very comfortable, but the bedding in the room is very wavy. What I didn't expect was that there are two different types of pillows, which is very considerate. The hotel's service is very attentive. Miss Xiao Lei at the front desk is very gentle and considerate. Although there was a little incident before check-in, the manager handled it well. The only drawback is that the curtains have a medium shading effect, but overall the experience is still very good.

Really great location and the amenities include a kitchenette and washing machine which was really helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the metro and is nested in a residential building, there are three separate receptions for different hotels in the building all on the ground floor. Couldn't really connect to the smart home systems due to not having a Chinese number but it's a common problem across China. The reception team is friendly and there is luggage storage post check out.

Great location for the Olympic park and boat trips. The apartment was super clean and we had suite on the 27th floor with stunning views of Qingdao city. The only drawbacks were the room wasn’t cleaned properly after our first night. They didn’t give us new cups after the first night. We had to used the same cutlery.

This is a mixed review for me. On one hand, we paid for a Seaview that had a building blocking 80% of our view. When we asked to change rooms, they gave us a run around and told us to deal with it. We contacted ctrip, and quickly got a room with a better view. From that point they were pretty kind and courteous. Afterwards, we went to the Hawaiian BBQ restaurant that is affiliated with the hotel. We could only stay there an hour as they were closing. My girlfriend and I had one beer apiece, along with two plates of cold kebabs as they didn’t want to heat anything else. We would have eaten more, but there was no food. When the bill came, it was 572. That was surprising to say the least. Throughout the days to come, we realize that all of the restaurants were quite expensive. So when we looked at their room service selection, we were happy as it appeared to be less expensive. Each meal, we bought no more than 300 worth. And we only ate four times while we were there. The bill came out to 4300. I don’t know where their additional expenses came from. The hotel offered quite a few amenities, but we were busy exploring the city. Please not they have very slow room service. However, besides our initial interaction, all of the staff were kind and warm, It is therefore that I say that it was a mixed review. And I hope that this helps someone when deciding to stay.
