位置很完美 ，就在鐘樓這裏。酒店的裝修也是充滿藝術感，走廊牆飾就是泉州非遺文化的編織藝術，兼具文化特色和美感。
房間不算大，但各項設施很人性化，長沙發靠窗，望出去俯瞰泉州煙火氣滿滿的街景。標誌性建築東西雙塔就在房間即可合影，很贊！迷你吧的小零食小朋友很愛，每天帶着去逛街。
服務要特別表揚一下廖怡晴姑娘，年紀不大，温温柔柔對待工作卻很上心！非常重視客户體驗，從怎麼預訂房間、怎麼出遊、哪些好吃的地方可以打卡，都無微不至的提前告知。下次如果再有朋友家人來泉州，我一定會再次推薦小廖接待。
這裏的員工都很有職業素養，外賣的東西會主動幫我送到房間，打掃衞生的清潔員也彬彬有禮，素質很好。
地處市中心，短板是不好停車，但優秀的服務的確可以彌補這部分遺憾了。

環境：地處景區，出行非常非常方便
設施：設計師酒店，床品真絲，戴森吹風機很不錯；酒店還特地配備了環城小白車，住客免費預約，非常棒！
服務：服務也非常熱情，任何問題都會很快解決，也會詢問有沒有要改善的地方～

泉州之行如果有10分的話，木栩佔8分，鬆軟的床品，足足有餘的飲用水、軟飲、小零食，有筋骨的床墊連我這個腰椎有病的都睡了美美的一覺。感謝前台小姑娘“怡晴”貼心的幫忙升級了房型，帶着小朋友方便很多。整個酒店服務人員看起來專業且友善，每個人都會關注你的需求並及時提供幫助。各種中古的擺件訴説著主人豐富的經歷和濃厚的文化沉澱，每一件都能讓你駐足良久，細膩厚重的紋理都是時間的痕跡。
