Stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting old quebec. If you can manage an easy 10 minute drive into old quebec, this place is ideally located. In a quiet, nice, clean neighborhood it has great facilities to hand. There are gas station, Tim's and local store within walking distance, and lots iv great restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean and quiet....I got the impression we were the only one in there! Downsides....the staff were somewhat matter of fact at reception, no info about spa, Cafe etc, just here's your keys, sign here. We stayed in what looks to be a new addition to the hotel and the elevator can only be described as the slowest in Canada, I get it, it's a disabled use friendly one, but be prepared to wait for it! The stairs are not an option when you have heavy suitcases.

The location of the hotel was good, but many hotels have a good location in Quebec City (it is a walkable city). My room was not (well) cleaned: hair on the showers wall, hair in de bed and when I mentioned it, they promised to send someone to clean my room (which never happens). When I wanted to mentioned it again to someone there was no one or other time they didn't know anything. Breakfast you have to make it for yourself, which is okay but only if there is any food left (which was second day of stay not available anymore, everything was gone and there was no one to help). For the third day of my stay there was limited food available.
COME FOR THE VIEW, STAY FOR THE EXPERIENCE!

Take advantage of our proximity to Old Quebec to stroll along the cobblestone streets of UNESCO World Heritage Site. The unique heated outdoor rooftop pool, open year-round, allows you to enjoy a refreshing cocktail at the pool bar in summer or swim under the snowflakes in winter. On the gastronomic side, renowned Chef Marie-Chantal Lepage offers a true culinary experience, allowing travelers to discover the richness of the local terroir in the comfort of CABU boire et manger restaurant.
What’s not to love about our locally inspired guest rooms and public spaces that allow you to live the city to its fullest? For extra comfort, upgrade to an executive stay. The Executive lounge located on the 23rd floor comes with loads of additional perks along with a breathtaking panorama of the Old Quebec, the St-Lawrence river and Parliament.

Great location: 10-15 min walk to the old city
Spectacular view: My husbnd and I stayed at a old city / river view room
Great restaurant in the Looby: we arrived at the hotel around 9:30pm, didn’t have much option for late dinner. We had ‘Beef Cheek’ and ‘Black Cod’ at Cabu. Food was amazing! We loved food so much, went back to their grab & go/ coffee bar after we checked out.
Other things: Nice to have Nespresso machine and Crabtree amenities

Despite the hotel being under renovation, there was no noise from construction. You couldn't see construction scaffolding inside the hallways, they Built temporary walls that fully hid the corridors with construction. Excellent management of customer experience despite renovations!

Wonderful stay - the property is as charming as it is convenient. We had the studio with kitchen on the ground floor. The back door opened right to our private parking space so it was really easy to get around. Everything was spotless and well appointed. We checked out the terrace but of course it was cold and covered in snow. It’s sure to be wonderful during warmer months. The guest portal is very helpful. This was our first visit to Quebec City and our son’s first visit out of the US - this made a terrific first impression! There are restaurants and shops up and down the street. We would definitely book again in the future. Thanks especially to Jade, who was consistently patient with my questions!

The staff here are extemporary, some of the best I have come across, including within top hotels. They were all professional, polite, friendly and helpful, all smiles and nothing was too much trouble. Advice on tourist spots, directions, where the locals eat etc was all given without prompting. We wanted a kettle for the room, they provided a flask to fill with hot water. Luggage was carried for us. Each and every one was constantly smiling. Catherine in particular was fantastic. Elevator not working (stairs with large suitcases was not good) Location: Need a taxi or 2 buses or 30 minutes (uphill) walk from Old Quebec. Pizza restaurant next door, Subway and local pub on Corner and supermarket just down road. Room. Clean and tidy. Housekeeping not available due to Covid (which didn't make sense - surely Covid a reason to be cleaner!) A little on small side. Breakfast - disappointing. Kitchen closed due to Covid still (although many others now open). An apple, Croissant & carton orange juice in a bag left a lot to be desired. Parking at the back (although we didn't use it). Swimming pool - not the best but perfectly adequate, warm (once you were in) and clean. Towels provided. Room, facilities and staff, yes I would use again - its value for money. Location put me off.

Arriving at Loulou's is like coming home. André greets us with his boisterous ”Bonjour,” and we are immediately into a lively conversation. We regularly stop at Loulou's to spend a day in Old Quebec: buskers, crêpes, the boardwalk... Charny itself is such a find example of an old Quebec village, just walking those streets is fun (or we go over to view the falls). I particularly like the enormity of the old church.

This trip is considered to be the best value-for-money hotel, with new facilities, high-level rooms, and a comfortable stay. It is not inferior to other four or five-star hotels, but it is located in a small town and is a bit biased for tourism. It is actually a business accommodation Hotel, but it happened to be the way we passed by the itinerary, so staying for one night for a transition is very good

GGuest UserThe location was a big decision in choosing this hotel and it did not disappoint! It is literally in the center of everything and steps away from sights, shopping, restaurants but also away from the noise of bus loads of tourists. The security of the hotel was a great bonus as a solo female traveler! Staff was friendly, the rooms/common areas were always spotless and the decor makes this place a unique spot for sure. I simply loved it and will absolutely be back.
GGuest UserOr, close to it. Convenient location and lovely, clean rooms. The restaurant was closed; however, there was coffee at the concierge desk. The hotel key card provided access when we came home late. The central location is just far enough from the bars to permit a good night's sleep. I am sure the staff is bilingual and could have reverted to English, so I doubly appreciate the patience with my son's first francophone experience.
阎阎This is the best hotel apartment I have ever stayed in in Canada. Spacious and modern (two bedrooms), laundry and kitchen utensils are available. Enter the door to password. Remember to ask the customer service after completing the reservation. The hotel does not have a counter. No service staff.
EEdithDerick was so quick to check-us in. He answered all our questions and concerns with patience and professionalism. The rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious, even my toddler loved it. The lady in charge of the buffet was so kind to offer us a booster seat as well. Check-out was smooth, Lola was super kid-friendly! Highly recommended.
Mmathieug691We rented a loft at the last minute by calling directly down. We told them that we were going to arrive late because we had a reservation in a late restaurant. We arrived at 1:30 a.m., we never had access to our loft. No indication, no good code left there. The emergency service line has no idea how to help us. It was not able to reach anyone from 1:30 to 3:30 AM on Friday night Saturday. We had no other indication than waiting for someone to call us by making us waiting for the corridors. We never had a return of call, never had any excuses, never offered to pay back. I had to insist by calling and I was told that 3 people were too foolish to get back a code and they didn't believe us ... as if we had just done this for 2 hours 30 in the night. And that we had time to get stubborn with them. The supervisor refused to identify, doesn't want to leave his name after we've been hanging on our nose. We refuse to pay our differences and we have not even paid the price in advance. We intend to prosecute these owners in court so insulting.
RRUIThe hotel is in the old town, very close to the attractions and within walking distance. Just in time for the Christmas season in Quebec City, the streets and alleys are all dressed up with various Christmas decorations, and the lights are very beautiful at night. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, with two large beds very comfortable. Because there is no elevator in the old house, the residents can only climb the stairs, but fortunately, they can exercise on the third floor. There is a Thai restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, and the business is good. I originally booked a room without breakfast. I upgraded it to include breakfast at the front desk. Thank you very much. The parking fee for two nights was also confiscated before checking out. This trip was really worthwhile.
LLINAYou can park on the roadside. The train station is about 10 minutes walk past the ancient city, but not too far from the ancient city, about 10 minutes away from the supermarket. They are all flat roads and do not need to climb mountain roads.
CCalgaryParentsUpon arriving in our room on the ground floor, we found it to be quite hot. However, we thought that maybe the A/C had been turned off, so we turned it on and hoped that it would cool off. We set off to explore a bit. On our return, the room seemed even hotter, and we had a night of very little sleep due to extreme heat. The air conditioning was letting out a tiny bit of cool air that could only be felt by lying on one side of one of the beds. In the morning, we contacted the off site staff, and said that the air conditioning appeared to not be working properly, and stated that we had experienced an awful night of no sleep. We asked if they could at least find a fan, and have somebody look at the unit. We were told that they would look for a fan. By late afternoon, my son, walked back to the hotel for a nap, and the room was unbearable. There was no fan delivered. When the rest of us returned, we were shocked with the heat, and literally sat with cold cloths on our heads attempting to keep ourselves cool. We immediately tried to contact the off site staff again. Response was slow, and when we finally heard back, we were told that they couldn’t find a fan. My husband said that there was no way that we could stay in the room with the temperature the way it was, and asked would they be able to move us. The lady we spoke to said she would call back in 5 minutes to either change rooms, or move us to one of their other properties. Great we thought. However, no phone call came, only a text to say that they couldn’t move us anywhere and that they could refund us but could be of no further help. Although we appreciated the refund, the hotel had all day to deal with this issue, but couldn’t even find a fan. This left us, on our vacation, spending time trying to relocate. Thank God we found somewhere, but we specifically chose the St. Pierre due to its location, and we are now considerably further away. I rate this hotel 2/10 for customer service. They were not quick to respond, and we felt they should have called us back and offered a personal apology rather than a terse text of “so sorry”. Would definitely not stay again
JJenny Kim1I liked the hotel location and facilities. The indoor pool was amazing and the live stage was so good. I would definitely visit here again and book the terrace view next time.
However, there are few things that I was very dissapointed.
The room was not managed well. There are white things are around the floors (it looks like painting or wall paper. I asked to change the room, but the new room has the same problem).
Hair dryer was phsically broken and not working.
Heater is not working and when I turn on, it is very noisy.
There was a party when we stayed and it was very noisy until almost 1 pm. We called at 12:30 and the reception said they send a security. However, it was still noisy after 30 mins).
