The best of Dreamworld Cubao is their staff. The front desk staffs and the guard are so welcoming and accomodating. Another great is the location, few steps away from Gateway and Araneta. The shower has cold and hot water option. I love the bed and pillows. The room may be too dark. The TV and wifi not working.

If you are going somewhere and need to be early for a bus ride in Cubao. Try Astrotel it is very convenient clean and near to a lot of establishment. So for a quick last minute shopping before your trip try Astrotel in Anonas for as low as 400.00 (-$10.00) 12 hours accommodation, have a good sleep and fresh linen.

the only difference of Deluxe room from Queen Bedroom is the headboard, some wall decor and side lamps. No improvement to service at all. Toothbrush has very cheap quality compare to the previous ones we use which is not long ago. Still no sleepers, towels have holes and very dirty ang smelly looking. Have tons of cockroach, floor is very dirty as well. it's very sad that the service and quality of their motel has declined overtime 😔

The Royal Parc Inn and Suites provided us with quality service in our time of stay. The staff are friendly and accommodated. Expectations met. Kudos to the management.

location is very convenient. just few steps away from Araneta shopping centers, SM, Coliseum, Bus Terminal and Cubao LRT..many shops along the way with cheap foods.

The location is quiet, households have large windows, great lighting, 24-hour front desk, property security, and live in peace of mind. There is a large supermarket 200 meters away.

Good location, the room is okay. It's spacious and cheap too. Stayed for two nights. Their reception is not 24/7 so better ask if you are going somewhere and coming back very early morning.

However, there were a few issues that somewhat impacted my experience. Firstly, for the last two days of my stay, there was an issue with the bathroom flush, which caused inconvenience. It was a minor inconvenience that affected the overall comfort of my stay. In addition to the flush issue, there were a couple of other drawbacks. The hotel did not provide tissues in the room, which was unexpected. It would have been convenient to have them readily available. Furthermore, I encountered a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway, which was a disappointment as a non-smoker. While it didn't directly affect the room itself, it detracted from the overall experience and the hotel's otherwise pleasant ambiance. Despite these minor drawbacks, Harts Hotel still has its merits. The housekeeping and cleanliness of the room were commendable, and the hotel staff remained attentive and helpful throughout my stay. In conclusion, my one-week stay at Harts Hotel had its ups and downs. While the location, friendly staff, and overall cleanliness were highlights, the issues with the bathroom flush, lack of tissue provision, and odor of cigarette smoke in the hallway were disappointments. I would recommend Harts Hotel with the caveat that guests may encounter these inconveniences during their stay.
