Dining was way too expensive. Dinner cost $45 per person in the basement with no ambiance. Food was OK, but certainly not fine dining.
Sheets on bed we slept in barely covered the bed, meaning one of us had to use the extra blanket. In the room we were in #4 we never had hot water. Showers were lukewarm.

I stayed at the hotel just for two nights and had a really great experience. The staff is absolutely wonderful, the service is perfect and everyone makes you feel very welcome. The restaurant offers typical Moroccan food as well as pizza, pasta and salads, and the breakfast buffet is the best! Also, the rooms are very pretty and clean and the beds are comfortable. A special mention to the owner, a really elegant and exceptionally nice lady! We'll come back for sure.

Adepte de TripAdvisor depuis plus de dix ans c'est la première fois que je déconseille aussi vivement un établissement. l'hôtel est idéalement situé, décoré avec raffinement, les rares commentaires sont élogieux, les photos font rêver. néanmoins, une fois sur place et ce malgré le sourire de l'équipe de réception, le service est intolérable: - j'ai séjourné 5 nuits avec un air conditionné qui ne fonctionne pas. (avec une promesse quotidienne du passage du technicien) ... Température extérieurs 4 degrés... - Toutes les chambres sont bruyantes. (pas de vitrage approprié) - pas de choix au petit déjeuner. (variété très très limite) -les serviettes de bain ne sont pas changées quotidiennement. (à la demande) la propriétaire de l'établissement ne représente ni le professionnalisme, ni le sens de l'accueil attendu et reconnu au Maroc. - Attention: vérifiez très bien votre facture et que votre carte de crédit n'est pas débitée du montant total du séjour dès votre arrivée. je déconseille vivement cet établissement.

À 100 mères du Tram (station États Unis) avec lequel vous allez à la médina en 15 minutes. Personnel adorable. Petit déjeuner convenable. Chambres confortables. Vous êtes aussi proche du Limonadier (excèdent resto), du Marriot pour son bar. Par contre pas d’extérieur !
