Received nice customer service/hospitality-room services etc, rooms are clean & comfortable. The food items also are tasty. Hotel staff members are so good & having good behaviour. It's situated in central Raipur. Overall it is very good experience.

Ambience is good staff is also we'll mannered, housekeeping and cleaning of rooms excellent , Ajay tarak cleaning in charge is a nice and helpfull person Location of hotel is also near by railway station and bus stand, good parking space and lounge

Excellent customer service, The mattress and pillow in the room are very nice and comfortable. The food here is also tasty and special attention is paid to cleanliness. For food, can add some more options in the main course. Overall it was a very good experience.

I would like to say a big thank you to F&B Manager Mr Vinay Nirala for making our १st baby birthday celebration was extra special. The food and service were delicious and also kudos to service staff Devika and Yamini great work both are doing very well 👍👍

One of the best hotel at prominent location and very close to Railway Station and city centre mall. Rooms are very clean and staff also very cordial. Had in house restaurant and the quality of food is also very good. Overall comfortable stay.

Everything about the Hotel was just Fine. Rooms were good, Clean and Hygiene. Food was Good too at Normal Rates. Service Staff was at Toes for any Help. Service staff Name - Hemlata Yadav Department - House Keeping. Location was Easy accessable from Raipur Railway Station. Location is a Prime corner and can be travel as per our Need.
