We were (with my 20 year old daughter) in Rameshwaram for 1 or 2 nights. We were assigned a room with 2 double beds. The bedding was comfortable. On the other hand, what is a shame is the *** only mosquito net on the window! So we can't ventilate without bringing in the mosquitoes (so it smells of humidity when we arrive), and the room remains dark. To book an extra night I went through a reservation on the site otherwise the staff offered me a higher price... suddenly I had a priori on them. (While maybe it was a communication problem) He never offered to help me, nor did I de***de. except at the very moment of check out, he volunteered and gave me information on trains and buses, he was ready to help us. But I would have had to de*** him from the day before! So do not hesitate to ask him, he will be of good advice.

To be honest I like the rooms and behavior of staff they were very polite and helping me I don't why people are writing negative comments that there is no lift the stairs are very small in number and room are neat and clean. In my opinion there location are best within 1 km they cover 5 important Temple by walk you can easily cover next time I will visit this hotel surely

Both at rameshwaram and kanyakumari, the hotel staff collected extra amt from us for early e heck in and late e heck out and they're doing this to exploit commuters and are respecting your mails or our personal humble requests. In fact they are discouraging on line bookings. Please discourage such properties and they're interested in on spot bookings at higher rates. The samudra staff at kanyakumari ate rude and are disgraceful.

Courteous staff members. Rooms service were prompt and we can rent cars for local and full sight seen. Rooms are neat and clean bathroom. The door s latch was not proper except for these , the stay had been a comfortable one. There is big bazaar, which is just 10 mins away from the hotel. Hotel location and ambience is very good.

It was wonderful staying over there. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. We got our bike break down. They took complete responsibility and were so much approachable. I would definitely recommend to stay over there. Very good behaviour and everything is nearby that hotel. Rooms are big. 2 washrooms. I had good time over there and will definitely visit once again.

The property is located near agniteertham which-bis very close to the temple east gate. The interior was good and was clean. Expected better room service. We stayed 2 nights but no room cleaning, not even breakfast, tea is made available. Wi-fi range is not reachable inside the room. Overall i can say it was a good stay in terms of location, room, ac. Service needs improvement as mentioned.
