Very Welcoming and Friendly staff. Helpful with your stay as well. ***n at the front desk and Ravi in the restaurant were very polite, helpful and courteous. The food at the restaurant is delicious. Huge spread of breakfast and the deal that I signed up for - Breakfast and dinner was very convinient to me with Mata Darshan.

Good property with very good staff who is always eager to help. The food preparation is great and clean and tidy rooms. Few exceptional staff i encountered 1. Happy and yudhvir are awesome chauffeurs and make you feel like home. 2. Chef ankit and staff ganesh and tamanna are great in the cafe. Also happy to help and serve hot and tasty food. 3 the manager gaurav and front desk staff komal and kavya really helped us throughout the stay. I requested a late checkout as my transportation back home was delayed, they were happy to accommodate 4 sujeet in the spa worked wonders which this technique. Highly recommend for a family stay.

we had an amazing experience at the fern residency . special thanks to the kitchen staff ram singh ji , tilal raj ji and suresh ji who made our stay more comfortable . absolutely well trained staff whi gives you 5star service . they handle our infant who was travelling india 1st time her food was prepred sepratelyvon request which was cherry on cake .... we highly recommend this place and we will back soon . keep it up guys . I went with low expectations after reading mixed reviews. But to my surprise stay was very comfortable. It is a budget hotel. Room size was okay given the location. They had provided us with heater and hot air blower. This made room very cozy. I had booked with the meals included. They provided very good food. Variety was less but quality of food was superb. Manager shakier was very helpful. They provided us with all the support required. Location is very close to gondola. You can walk from hotel. Close to the market as well. Location was a big plus.

He escorted us from the Reception and the calm behaviour of his is much appreciated. He never forgets to greet you with a smile and not a single minute we felt that we met him for the first time. Wonderful experience with the staffs. Highly recommended.
