Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la sua posizione centrale comoda per visitare il centro storico e con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Le finiture della camera e bagno sarebbero da migliorare, nonostante sia stato recentemente ristrutturato. Maniglia rotta in ascensore, tendina alla finestra mancante vernice scrostata in bagno, però vanta una posizione al bordo della zona pedonale con negozi bar e ristoranti a pochi passi, che compensano le mancanze.

Soggiornato per una notte, l’unica cosa di positivo è la posizione. Appena arrivato vediamo l’insegna che riporta 2 stelle NN , abbiamo prenotato per un 3 stelle. Non ci hanno chiesto documenti.Pulizia camera e camera appena accettabili. Posizionato In centro ma per il resto lasciamo perdere. Non prenotate la colazione, 12 €. Appena uscite dall’hotel di fronte la potete fare tranquillamente, più scelta e spendere la metà. Il parcheggio è stato l’ultima sorpresa, in auto ci vogliono 6/7 minuti a piedi 2, si esce proprio vicino alla piazza. Pagato 9€ per la giornata in hotel, andiamo a ritirare l’auto e il biglietto non era valido. La persona che c’era nel parcheggio non ne ha voluto sapere. Ci ha detto di aprire un reclamo a un indirizzo mail. Tempo e voglia da perdere non ne avevamo , pagato 17€ di parcheggio.

Stayed here July 2024 with 6 friends in 6 rooms. Check in was hassle free and friendly. Room is very basic, very small but the bathroom was clean and adequate. AC was very good but the view was of a selection of walls in close proximity. I'm going to mark the room down due to the fact that there was someone's big toe nail cutting on the bedside cabinet. Disgusting and worrying that the cleaner did not wipe that surface down. Management need a word with the cleaners on that one. No bottled water supplied in the room so best buy some before you arrive. Breakfast was buffet and as one would expect of a continental breakfast. Location is very good being located in the centre of town and we managed to park the cars and bikes in the underground car park, just down the road, on the opposite side. It did the job but some improvement needed on the cleaning side.

Good enough for one night if you don't have many demands. A good bed with very soft pillows, really bad. A top shower. Everything rattles and is noisy. Poorly maintained. With us I suddenly had the toilet seat in my hands. But oh well... for less than 80 euros in the center of Reims with many terraces. For us it was fine.

The employees only speak French and made little effort to make us understand them. Well that was no problem but it was when we forgot our telephone cable. We called and had to call back until the colleague who spoke the ‘best’ English arrived. The cable would be sent. So it wasn’t. Emailed in French, called several times again. Lots of promises but unfortunately we didn’t receive any cable. In terms of service a minus. And with a job like this it can be easy to make yourself understood in another language.

Perfectly located hotel, very friendly staff from reception to chambermaids. For a two star it is good and its location makes a lot of difference. Small downside the breakfast but we are indulgent because there is still choice for a two star
