What a lovely hotel, prime location, 24 hr guest service desk, staff so helpful & pleasant, nothing is too much trouble. Well appointed roomed, we chose the basic twin room - but it was great, wooden floors, good storage, coffee machine, recycling boxes & well equipped bathroom. Great spaces in the hotel to chill out & a lovely cosy Bar. Oh and a Viking Ling House - the oldest dwelling in Iceland, in the museum under the hotel. Prefect in every way

Lovely staff and building. On Reykjavik's oldest street. Pick up and drop off for coaches is just a few yards away.

Would highly recommend! The Hotel was in a great location with easy access to many attractions in Reykjavik and to the excursion bus stops. The staff were amazing and so helpful from answering questions, to sharing recommendations, helping with tours.

This is a cute, cozy, comfortable hotel right in the middle of everything! The staff here are amazing and helped us book trips and transportation with a smile. Patricia helped me organize everything from afar, and was so helpful and friendly! The beds are super comfortable, and the bathrooms clean albeit a little dated. Restaurants and stores were mere steps away, and the hotel is in a quaint older part of Reykjavik. 100% would stay here again, this hotel was a huge part of what made our trip special

Good choice for night before cruise. Many restaurants near by and hotel provided a nice breakfast buffet.
