Barbie Hotel Apartments

Very poor. The room was clean, and the maid service was good, but that was the only good part. Self-catering? How and when? You only have an Electric kettle and a rusty toaster. No cups. just 3 filthy mugs, 2 knives, 3 forks, a few spoons, and a Small electric hob under the sink? The control knob missing, Fridge is full of ice from back to door. as the door on the freezer compartment is missing. Never in all my years stayed in such a dump of a room.

Rooms cleaned every day food fantastic pool is amazing especially when it was 40 degrees have already booked for next year can’t wait only a short walk to bars and restaurants local shops to this was our 7th year at Barbie’s would recommend 🇬🇷🇬🇷

Home a week and all I can say is that this hotel was brilliant stayed in one of the recently refurbished rooms which where excellent.location 10mins to the beach 5mins to main road for the bus to rhodes 5mins to resturants and bars .really can't wait to go back !!

We had a 1 bedroom apartment, self catering. Everything was beautiful and clean. It had a big outside space , cooking facilities, plates etc for up to 4 people. Everything is within a 5-10 minute walk all flat and easy access to anything. These is a restaurant and bar we ate a few times there it was good food and reasonably priced. Our pick up time for our fight was quite late in the evening so we asked to extend our apartment for a late checkout which we got for an extra €35. Air conditioning is £60 per week extra as is a safe €15 extra but air conditioning is a must in the summer months. So for 2 weeks adds up and has to be paid in cash when you arrive. The beds are decent but the pillows aren't great but we truly enjoyed our time there and will return

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights as a last minute getaway as a family of 3. The hotel is in a great location as it is close to local shops, bars and restaurants which are all within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The beach is slightly further but no more than 10 minutes walk. The hotel itself was clean and modern as it is currently undergoing renovation which looked to have nearly finished. The renovations did not impact the holiday in the slightest and building work cannot be heard as the hotel is made up of a number of separate buildings, so relaxing by the pool was not disturbed. The snack bar within the hotel is great with a decent sized menu to choose from at reasonable prices for both drinks and meals. At busy time there is a bit of a wait for the food as this is a family run hotel which has minimal staff managing the bar, food and reception. Only issue I have with the hotel is that anything you have to pay for like late checkout, air con, tourist tax or safety deposit box has to be paid in cash at reception as they do not take card payments at reception. This meant that a decent proportion of our cash ended up being spent within the hotel paying for these services and we had to withdraw more cash from the machine in the town when shopping in some local shops that did not take card. The pool bar and snack bar do take card but for some reason the hotel reception does not. I would recommended this hotel as a great place to stay as a couple or as a family. Just be prepared with cash if you are wanting to add on any extras.

My grilfriend and i have stayed here for 1 week. the accommodation is nice en clean (daily clean). The location can be ideal for making trips thru the island (car needed) The couple running this accommodation are friendly and helpfull, eg we arrived on thursday and wanted to rent a car, the owner directly made a phonecall to the rental service and we had a car from the start of our vacation. The breakfest is good and (for us) more than enough. We are planning to visit it again, we loved it.

A small Greek hotel where the staff cannot do enough for you. The breakfast is adequate and the half board option includes a large 3course meal. The rooms are a good size, adequately equipped and clean to a high standard. This hotel is suitable for families and all age groups. I would definitely recommend and would return gladly.
