Eu e meu marido escolhemos esse hotel para comemorarmos nossos 35 anos juntos e não nos arrependemos. Foram 7 dias ótimos, inesquecíveis e levaremos em nossa memória. Todo o atendimento é nota 10, desde o primeiro contato por telefone com a atendente Daniele, na recepção em nossa chegada e durante todos os dias de nossa estada. Desde o café da manhã, os bares das piscinas (em especial o atendente Paulo), o restaurante, o serviço de limpeza do quarto, os supervisores Tiago e Jonatam preocupados com tudo que envolvia atendimento. Indicamos, com certeza, o Resort Tayayá. Tudo muito organizado, limpo e aconchegante. Vale muito!!!!

O melhor hotel que já fiquei no Brasil. Super recomendo!! Lugar paradisíaco; quartos impecáveis; atendimento diferenciado e todos sempre muito atenciosos; toda a estrutura do local muito bem estruturada; buffet completo simplesmente maravilhoso e com muitas opções no cardápio; diversas áreas de lazer para toda a família; recreação muito animada. No English spoken. The comfortable rooms are designed with your convenience in mind, featuring hot showers from a reliable boiler system, and a kitchen unit equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, and fridge ready to be stocked with your favourite treats. Chambermaid service with change of sheets every day. Prices: check before coming as not to have surprises. For the active traveller, the resort offers a wide range of sporting activities. A complete academy provides facilities for various sports, while multiple swimming pools cater to both relaxation and exercise. Guests can also enjoy canoeing, boat trips, hiking, and tennis, ensuring there is always something exciting to do. Families will appreciate the upgrade with the restaurant menu. Chef Maria da Luz, congratulations for the culinery art. Maria, your presentation is a culinary wonder for any “gourmet” visiter. There is also a kids restaurant. The recreation monitors do an awesome work in entertaing your kids. Whether you are looking for a peaceful escape or an action-packed holiday, the Tayayá resort promises a memorable experience for every guest. To end this report; my personal request. As a sharholder, I pay R$400+ each month. If my wife wants to bring her mother for the day at the Tayayá, being three, we have to pay R$180,00 X 3, lunch included. No way. It’s out of proportion. Remember, we are shareholders. Very uninviting. I hope this report is helpful. Let’s not forget that mother nature has done it’s part in making the Tayayá resort surrounding so beautiful.

Ficamos hospedados na Casa Village com capacidade para 6 pessoas, com 1 quarto, 1 banheiro, 2 sofá cama na sala, todos confortáveis. Tudo que está na descrição da hospedagem estava lá, o enxoval de cozinha, eletroportáteis, etc. O quarto bem fresquinho. A limpeza impecável está de parabéns, todos os banheiros que utilizei no resort estavam perfeitamente impecáveis. O lugar é espetacular, vista linda, valeu a pena. Eles tem uma pizzaria muito boa, pedimos a de mussarela, sorvete gostoso, porção de pastel muito boa, suco natural bom. O baldinho de cerveja não era da lata comum era da menor. Dicas: você pode descer pra piscina com 1 garrafa por dia por apartamento, por exemplo: eu levei da minha casa garrafa de espumante, então eu levava 1 por dia, você pede pro garçom um balde com gelo e taças e eles trazem pra vc colocar a sua garrafa. Se vc levar mais uma garrafa naquele dia vc paga uma taxa, então vc só pode levar 1 garrafa por dia. E não é 1 garrafa por pessoa. Leve uma jaqueta e uma calça, porque a noite faz um friozinho, mesmo que de dia tenha feito calor. Se você tem toque por banheiro como eu leve sabonete líquido para lavar as mãos , porque eles deixam sabonete em barra. Leve uma farmacinha com você porque o hotel não tem farmácia mas tem um lugar para você ser atendido caso precise de atendimento médico. Quero voltar lá todo ano.

As fotos são lindas mas não fazem jus à beleza estonteante desse lugar. Portanto, na minha opinião, há que se conhecer pessoalmente pra entender. O hotel é incrível, as crianças amaram a recreação (tio Mosquito, tia Narizinho, tia Fofão, todos os tios, muito queridos). Thiago dá um show de hospitalidade, o que faz toda a diferença. Funcionários queridos, desde a recepção, restaurante, limpeza. Destaque para a Isadora que além de simpática, faz tapiocas e massas deliciosos. A comida é uma delícia, ampla variedade de doces, gostei muito, e olha que sou exigente quando se trata de comida. Falta só aquecer todas as piscinas pra ficar ainda melhor, mas algumas já são aquecidas, inclusive externas, o que não afetou tanto o lazer, já que estava friozinho. Em resumo: comida ótima, limpeza ótima cordialidade de todos os funcionários, acolhimento, lazer nota 10. Voltaremos sempre. Só falta o aquecimento das piscinas, especialmente da maior, em frente ao hotel.

Tivemos uma grata surpresa em nossa hospedagem. O local tem uma vista linda, tudo é muito bem cuidados, os colaboradores são extremamente gentis. Tanto o chalé quanto o apartamento são maravilhosos. O ponto alto da hospedagem foi a alimentação. O restaurante é surpreendente! Segue meu elogio a todos os funcionários do restaurante e parabéns ao chef que surpreendeu em todos os pratos, tanto na opção a la carte quanto o buffet! Agradeço pela nossa estadia!
