Room was extremely hot but the air conditioner was so loud so couldn't keep it on at night. Beds were small so tight for 5 people. Wasn't 5 full size pillow. Outside the window there were people/partygoers going until 4:40am. Pool was closed which proved a frustration in our party. Staff were very friendly and kind natured.

The address is very convenient as it is close to the airport and also in the Richmond area, where there are many Chinese restaurants. I will stay there again next time I go.

The system glitched and booked the wrong night, even though I spoke directly with reception about airport pick up, and put the date and time of airport pick up in the notes, and because I was on a plane, over the Atlantic on the incorrect date, the hotel charged me as a no show and would not amend the date. Absolutely terrible customer service!!!!!

This is a very old hotel. The service is the worst. I lost something in the hotel. I called the front desk and they asked me to be transferred to the person in charge of lost items. Once I was transferred, they asked me to leave a voice message. I left 4 times in 5 days, but there has been no news. What is the purpose of setting up this department?

Room was freshly renovated, all was very clean. The bath tub did not drain very well. The restaurant downstairs had great food and hockey. Easily the best value for your dollar near the airport. This is my new regular place.
