No items are available in breakfast area and no shampoo and soaps in the bath room

I was charged a $18 pet fee. This was taken out of the incidentals hold (which I was also not made aware was put on my card). When I called to ask about this, they told me it was my fault I did not understand when in reality no one ever mentioned a pet fee. Not on the Wyndham website that I booked through or when I checked in and disclosed I had a cat with me.

Love the rooms nice and clean the house keepers are great Charlie at front desk was very helpful. Very friendly staff. Great fresh breakfast. Overall great hotel and great experience. Beds were very comfortable I slept very well. Roo.s were very clean. Would recommend to anyone who ask. Very convenient location.

Definitely not top of the line accommodations. Smelled of stale smoke even though it was a smoke free room. Tv and remote did not work!

We liked that we could have our Toy Aussie Shepherd. We also like the people working the evening shift , so nice. And especially the General Manager in the morning.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was very helpful and sweet. Slept great like a baby. Charlie at front desk was very helpful and great personality. I would stay again and recommend to family friends and anyone who ask about this hotel. Jenn and Lisa were great housekeepers and so e anything we ask for or needed and cleaned our stay over room just as if I was checking back in. Thank you for a great experience at my stay at super 8 motel.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and always find it to be very clean and comfortable and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient and there are multiple restaurants nearby. I would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through the Richmond, KY area.
