Hotel con arredamento minimalista freddo camere al limite senza riscaldamento specialmente il bagno . Dopo aver telefonato per prenotare direttamente ci concedevano uno sconto di 6 euro rispetto ad un noto sito online. Ma pultroppo al momento del pagamento forse perchè abbiamo chiesto fattura lo sconto era sparito con la classica scusa della tassa di soggiorno che io avevo fatto notare che sul sito online era compresa. Non vi dico gli epiteti che ci hanno detto "se non avete i soldi statevene a casa ecc.." .Solo perchè chiedevamo quello che ci avevano promesso. A mai più Rimini è piena di Alberghi con albergatori onesti.

Hotel grazioso, camere pulite e personale molto gentile e disponibile . Ottima la colazione, prodotti freschi di giornata e bevande calde come al bar, con pietanze tipiche romagnole . Hanno tavolini sia interni che esterni per l'estate.

Short stay in Rimini and at the Alabama Hotel. Recently renovated hotel. Kind, pleasant and helpful staff with great attention to the gluten-free breakfast with fresh products such as cakes made in the morning, good. Room with basic furniture, clean and comfortable. The only drawback is the lack of an internal telephone to communicate with the reception. In the end everything is very nice

We booked this structure (already knowing that it was undergoing renovation) seeing in its services and in its position, a good value for money, and after having stayed there for 5 nights, we must say that we can be satisfied with the choice made, however recommending to the management to improve in what they should do, in order to make a further leap in quality. First of all, it is in an excellent position, a quiet side street, away from the noise of the nightlife which is however just around the corner, therefore highly recommended for its position as it is a stone's throw from the seafront, close to 2 bus stops, and a stone's throw from the main promenade, where there are many places of all kinds where you are spoiled for choice; the breakfast is varied, with excellent cakes and tarts, but in general everything is good; the staff I must say, all kind and professional; the safe had not yet been installed in our room (which was described in the booking phase as being included), and by reporting it in the hall, promptly explaining that they were not yet installed everywhere (due to the renovation), in the afternoon it was installed during our absence; the rooms are neither too small nor large; the flaw lies in the cleaning, it should be more accurate and thorough, also the bunk bed a little uncomfortable. They have bicycles for adults that can be used daily for up to 3 hours free of charge, and a gym. As for the mini-bar, it is not included in the room unless you request it (at a cost of €5 per night), a questionable choice, as having traveled a lot around the world, it is the first time that we cannot find the mini-bar included, a service required nowadays and which cannot be done without, especially in the summer; in any case, this extra service is specified when booking that it is not included but upon request. Personally it was a good structure to go back to, with the hope of finding those improvements already mentioned to be made and which are fundamental in any case.

Let's start with the lack of seriousness of those who manage the Original Hotel and the Alabama Hotel. We booked at the Original and were diverted to the adjacent Alabama passing it off as equivalent Arriving at midnight we needed the place whose reservation was required but denied to us at the time of payment of the deposit. Bare room microscopic TV not working and not fixed on our report. Absence of mini bar. Minimum bathroom equipment not sufficient. A roll of toilet paper and two sachets of bath foam for two... finally we ask for two pillows in addition and in the evening when we return we find only one! I wonder why! Luckily only two nights! Nightmare hotel never to see each other again
