Dire pessimo è dire poco. Ci viene dato un monolocale nel retro della struttura senza alcun tipo di vista, climatizzatori vecchi con filtri sporchi, maleodoranti e che perdevano acqua proprio sul letto. Per non parlare del bagno, pieno di muffa e umidità ( non asciugava neanche il pavimento), muro scrostato, e non vi dico l'odore della muffa quanto si sia impregnato sui vestiti per non parlare di quanto si respirasse male. Quando abbiamo fatto presente il problema alla reception ci aspettavamo o un cambio di alloggio o perlomeno uno sconto, invece la signora ha semplicemente risolto mettendoci un profumatore in stanza che unito alla puzza di muffa era INSOPPORTABILE. Al check out abbiamo ulteriormente segnalato che una situazione del genere non andava per niente bene e la risposta è stata: che strano, l'appartamento è nuovo!. Coperta sul letto che odorava di tutto tranne che di pulito, asciugapiatti macchiati e sporchi. Morale della favola: una settimana da dimenticare!! Unica nota positiva è la vicinanza al mare. Parcheggio a 10 € al giorno che si potrebbe anche far pagare leggermente meno. Se volete un consiglio soprattutto per la vostra salute evitate questo posto!!! A MAI PIÙ.

Personale molto cortese ed accogliente, appartamento molto carino e a pochi passi dal mare l'unica cosa negativa e' che non c'erano tante attrezzature per la cucina mare fantastico pero' al pomeriggio c'era la mucillagine . L'ho consiglierei a delle coppie

Appartamento datato con assenza di comfort. Bagno con muffa e infiltrazioni. Letto matrimoniale Che si stacca in due ed inoltre doghe rotte e sfondate, il materasso invece è da buttare completamente. Sotto il divano in cucina c'era di tutto e sotto lo sporco, carta ecc, a forza di pulizie e disinfettante, è arrivato finalmente il pavimento. Praticamente meglio dormire in terra. Lampadine non funzionanti ovunque. Piscina tipo vasca da bagno casalinga. Assenza totale di parcheggio se non a pagamento a suon di 10 € al di. Questo residence è un vero tre stalle Giudicate voi stessi se vale la pena visitarlo, per me sicuramente no.

We stayed in the residence, two adults, a nine year old child and a dog. The apartment has some good things, and some that are wrong in my opinion. But for the amount paid, it might be fine in the end. Uncomfortable beds, the balcony was really small, the good thing was that the air conditioning made the environment quite comfortable. The residence is located next to the hotel, which has a swimming pool, where we were able to enter with the dog, without letting him get wet obviously, but so that we could all be together and not get separated. Small but nice pool, a little dated. Among the negative points, the parking, we paid 70 euros, but in the end we didn't have the parking, as it was full of cars, leaving the keys at the reception they thought about parking. The trouble is that if you had to go out, you had to wait for the other cars to move. We were very disappointed with the animation, which was practically absent, even though it was reported that it was there, and this greatly lowers my rating. Fairly central location, but Rimini as I remembered it was something else. Practically all the same shops, all selling the same photocopied things, little life on the practically deserted seafront. Years ago it wasn't like this, I remember very different holidays. Obviously this does not depend on the residence, but it is clear that a judgment must take everything into account, and therefore the evaluation is accordingly. In conclusion, a holiday not to be repeated, especially if you are looking for entertainment, entertainment and high quality.

A nice place for families! Top hospitality, very kind, if you have a problem I'll solve it for you. Parking is limited and you pay 10 euros a day. If it doesn't fit, they'll take care of it as soon as a space becomes available! There were 3 of us with our large labrador dog in the 2nd building with a nice entrance on the 3rd floor with lift, apartment with kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, induction, there is everything you need with a sofa bed, then there is the other room with a double bed and a second single bed and a small desk with mirror and the smart TV on the wall and you can watch Amazon prime and Neflix with your profile and with their WiFi the bathroom is a little narrow but efficient, the thing that What was surprising was that the hairdryer was finally very powerful, usually there is that tube attached to the wall which never works, compliments. Top air conditioning, close the windows and the bathroom well, there are sensors to start the air conditioner if the thermostat light is red it's fine, but if it doesn't turn on you haven't closed the bathroom door or windows properly! Soft towels, changed every 2 days, are included with the apartment. Balcony with distant sea view, mini table with 2 chairs, the hotel is more or less 150 meters from the sea! Impeccable cleanliness!!! In the 1st building where the reception is located there is also a bar and next to it the swimming pool where children and parents can have fun. Then for the sea there is the beach for dogs with XXL enclosures... for eating there is no problem at the end of the road there is a pizzeria restaurant there are 3 different ones nearby for breakfast after the 1 pizzeria there 'It's a pastry shop, ice cream shop, they're the end of the world! Then if you want to save money from the residence go to the end of the road where you see the railway, turn right, take the underpass, go straight for 300 meters and you'll find the CRAI SUPERMARKET, what can I say, everything within reach .. a big hello to Grazia and Paolo!!

Excellent hotel. Very close to the beach. Moreover, the beach is not in the center, so there are many places. There is a children's playground on the beach. The hotel provides free bicycles. There is a small pool at the hotel with sun loungers. Nearby are Konad and Krai shops, as well as a metro and bus stop. The rooms are cozy, everything is there. The views are good. There is a railway road nearby, I thought it would be noisy, but it turned out that it didn’t bother me at all. Particular attention should be paid to the owners. Very kind and friendly, they always help and meet you halfway, very pleasant. Thanks to them.

Let me start by saying that I am not a person who has big demands, and honestly it doesn't matter if the furniture is new or a little older, but I don't compromise on details and cleanliness!!! Old and damaged mattress, burnt and punctured mattress cover, stained sofa (disgraceful), greasy oven, dirty insignia. Truly a shame.

The room I booked was "renovated" but had little or nothing renovated. I pointed out that I had booked the "renovated" room and was told that it was exactly that. The ceiling was made up of supermarket-style panels, yellowed and also disconnected. The kitchen floor had a steep slope to evidently hide pipes. The air conditioning was sometimes non-existent. The bathroom had broken towel rails, as well as a chipped sink and a shower that didn't close completely. The renovated room is perhaps because the furniture, which in fact is new, was changed. The parking is shared with no assigned space, consequently, you also park behind other cars, blocking them. to exit you have to wait for all the cars obstructing the maneuver to be moved, which is difficult given the small size of the car park.
