The hotel is well suited for work trips. I usually stay there weekly. The quality of bed and bath linen varies greatly from one stay to the next. During this stay, the bath towels were quite old and stained.

Super pleasant service, clean and very comfortable rooms. Congratulations to everyone involved!

Excellent accommodation, very careful and respectful staff only cleaning that is not very common the heated pool was not working and nor washing, room cleaning is not very common, Even though, as I get a shared room, the kind of cleaning of each person varies greatly, but the location and location is excellent.

I was hosted in this hotel last weekend - 02 to 03/07/2022. I have contacted me, and Mrs Vanessa has answered me, she kept the forgotten pieces, and the next day she sent me for Sedex with great delight and sympathy, and I would like to congratulate her on the sensitivity and empathy shown by that person. I stayed there for five nights in January 2020, and have only good things to say about the hotel. Nice and clean room, good food in the restaurant, friendly and helpful staff (with good advices about where to go - and not to go), great location (400 meters from Copacabana beach and across the street from Cardeal Arcoverde metro station) and in a pretty busy and safe part of the city, with many shops and restaurants. Not too expensive rooms. They can also offer transport to the international airport for 25 real. That's much cheaper than taxi!

The staff is very helpful. The breakfast was good, the food was good but the kitchen took too long to prepare the dishes. Maintenance leaves something to be desired.

I only have positive words for the stay at Novotel Leme. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very nice, the service is great, breakfast is delicious, versatile and extensive, the rooftop bar Sky Leme is a very nice place with a magnificent view and a nice pool. My wife and I stayed in the hotel for 10 days for our honeymoon after receiving a recommendation from a friend. When we first arrived we were disappointed because the room had not been cleaned adequately (dirty carpet, stains and dead bugs in the bathroom) and despite informing the hotel we were coming for our honeymoon we didn’t receive any special welcome, for example a note or message from the hotel or chocolate gift as we saw others receive on Instagram. We complained to the reception about the cleanliness and the next morning the room was cleaned to our expectations, we were happy with how the complaint was handled. The hotel room we were given was an ocean view on the 10th floor. The view was amazing and we loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean. However we feel that for the price and star rating of the hotel, the rooms need to be refurbished, the room feels dated and the bathroom finishings are not befitting of the hotel we expected from the pictures; messy paintwork and grouting, broken wooden furniture, poor quality shower and at one point there was no hot water so our first night was cold showers. We have stayed in lower and similarly priced and rated hotels and the quality of the room and bathrooms were better than this hotel. We used the tennis courts and gym during our stay which was a nice option. We both had the tropical Spa experience which was a wonderful and relaxing experience and the Spa staff were great. We chose the all inclusive option at the hotel and we were not disappointed with the selections available and the high quality of food on offer from the restaurants. The service from the staff at the restaurants was wonderful. The location of the hotel is excellent, after exploring the area we determined it has the best location of all the hotels in Ipanema / Leblon / Copacabana, because of the direct beach access to a “private” beach. Halfway through the stay we received a note in our room to say there was a problem with the pre payment and amount of consumption. We were very surprised because we had the all inclusive option and had not taken anything not included. We called the reception to inquire about the problem and the person was not able to explain what was the problem. (My wife is Brazilian so language was not the problem). We had to go down to the reception to speak with someone else, where we were told that the pre payment taken by the hotel was not enough to cover the cost of our stay (10 days) and so an additional payment was needed. The hotel knew we were staying for 10 days and should have known the total cost of our stay (excluding extras not included Ina lol inclusive), and taken the payment up front, rather than send us an ambiguously and informally written letter, halfway through the stay which the staff could not explain on the Phone. It was a reservation over the hour, I called asking if I had reservation the girl was super careful with me, they received me very well it was perfect, my daughter loved everything, every detail. The only thing she wanted to go to the pool more she was in work, we promised her that we would come back and we're sure we're going.
