Hotel Rishikesh Inn by Rfh

Such a terrible hotel I had seen in my life Charges of hotel is just like a 4 & 5 star hotel but service of hotel is useless. Staff of hotel specially manager is so rude and don't have manner to behave with customers I will not recommend this hotel to anyone Try to avoid this kind of cheap hotels

I stayed from Aug 20, 2022 to Aug 22, 2022. I would suggest better not to choose this hotel for any rate. It is not even worth 1K per night. This hotel is handled by 4 young boys, who do all the services and are jokers. So they keep running here and there. You won't find anyone on reception, because that boy would also be serving food / other items to rooms. No lift for even 3 floor hotel (Lodge type). I got the numbers of Hotel owners - Rajiv & Saloni Rana and tried calling them several times during the stay, to complain about services, but they never picked the call. They did not respond to any SMS / Whatsapp. Kept hiding somewhere. Parking location of this Hotel is actually a dump yard. You won't find any hotel staff to pick your luggage from dump yard to reception, you will have to carry yourself till reception. Then they can transfer to your room. Make sure your Car tyre do not get puncture there. Swimming pool is there, but its deep only for kids and only a very small portion is ok deep for adults. Moreover pool does not have any water filters working. They just dump water in it. No cleanliness, its full of dirt and bad smell. Room - I chose a family room with connecting rooms. Rooms are not worth the price asked. They look like a lodge room. Full of bad smell in Washroom, No cleanliness. TV not working, Not even the Set top box in front of TV. AC in bad shape , air flow cover missing in room window AC. No door mat even outside washroom. On Next day of stay , I asked for Door mat which they provided and asked for cleaning the room while we were going out for site visit. I gave the keys to reception ***. But they did not even care to clean the room. Reception Extension: It will never work. They keep it aside so that you always hear busy tone. You will have to call the boy - Ashish on his cell phone to make yourself heard. Morning Tea : Better not ask for bed tea anytime till 9:00 am. They will clearly say Kitchen not started and you will get Tea during Buffet breakfast. Buffet Breakfast: The boys start calling guests on phone to come down for buffet breakfast. Buffet breakfast is of very bad quality (Don't expect any fruits). Only curd, Poori sabzi, Poha, Tea, bread / sandwitch . They repeat the same everyday. The quality of food is very poor. Don't ask for Tea, they will fill it will 50 % sugar. Better ask them to prepare tea without sugar so that you can decide the amount of sugar you want. Because they call everyone to come down for brekfast, you will see people crying / waiting for food. They are even unable to manage 20 guests for Breakfast. Only 10 guest can sit in the area they have meant for breakfast. Every Guest staying there was cursing them for service and breakfast. We asked for Corn flakes with tea. First they had to bring Corn flakes packed from market and then the boy pour it in Cold milk taken out from fridge. That type of knowledge those food servers have there. In Short - Do not choose this hotel

As we were trying to book 3 rooms on a weekend and we couldn't find any as everywhere was booked already, so we went on to look at Hotel Rishikesh Inn, referred by a close friend who visited earlier....Didnt expect much but when we got there, the crew welcomed us with warm smile and super clean n organized rooms, which made us stay 2 days more as their food was top quality with great taste as compared to places we went while roaming around. This trip made us plan 1 more trip to Rishikesh, just bcoz of Hotel Rishikesh Inn and their super friendly nature.

I visited this hotel with my family...I stayed there for two days...for that I paid 4500rs ...with stay breakfast was complimentary...but breakfast which i asked from menu they haven't that dish...so we ordered paneer paratha ,veg grilled sandwich...that was too terrific...paneer was not there in paneer paratha...we take dinner one night...in that we ordered roti,dal,rice and shahi paneer...and shahi paneer was like paneer butter masala gravy...so in food I will give this hotel 1 star only...now comes to room service...when I entered in room there was no towel,no drinking water...room service is too late...next come to the washroom ...washroom is good but if u want to take bath from hot water...it is not compulsory that u will get hot water all the time from tap...I didn't understand what is the process of that geyser that doesn't give hot water...and lastly come to the view from hotel...view is totally disgusting...nothing from there we get to see ...only u can see is one building which was in makeover and the other side you can see one hotel rishikesh grand ...and their road is too bad to go to the hotel...so I will not visit this hotel again...ya one thing more staffs behaviour is good but they never respond you ...
