Best hospitality sources are limited but staff is very kind ,Sumit was very helpful for giving my all answers reception person was also very helpful , visited with my babies provided all things what i was looking for , inform us places near to visit also thankyou so much

The Manager Sumit is unavailable and one Manoj Sharma who runs the show is absolutely horrible to deal with. He is sweet talker but definitely poor with service. The local staff will provide you rooms on 3rd floors and then there is no one to assist with the luggage. The guests are a family of four and they are given with blankets that are torn and burnt. They charge about 4500 a night for a room with breakfast and then the service is not even worth as 1200 a night. As an agent we have reputation to keep and this is what we get. Mr. Manoj will be found on call waiting but will not return or answer the calls in times of poor service feedbacks. They have zero understanding about a hotel and here they are trying to run a show.

I traveled to this property with a family of 9 adults and let me tell you it has been the worst experience of my life. Firstly the person who is constantly interacting is Sumit Gupta who kept telling me aap Aa jao room dekhlo ho jayega On arriving we were told to temporarily take 3 rooms while ac is being fitted into the family room On returning from the evening Aarti at 10:30 pm we realised our luggage was taken out without our knowledge and the room was given to someone else and the family rooms ac was still being fitted . When we lost our temper he says we can leave if we don’t like … at 11 pm we had to hunt for booking alternate property for entire family. Worst behaviour Besides while they say it’s good for families let me tell you if u belong to decent families you will not like the hygiene cleanliness type of guests around nor the behqvipr of the staff… I booked after seeing online reviews But I feel it’s a scam…. The photographs shown too don’t justify the actual property… bad quality, construction going on everywhere , rooms were definitely not clean Not enough lighting for even walking around

We had a family stay in Tapovan Vatika resorts from 17th April to 20th April. 2 adults and 2 children. Its about 2 Kms from Ram Jhoola but located right in city center. Here are the reviews Pros : 1. Nice location and easily accessible from Ram ( 2km) and Lakshman Jhoola. ( 1 km) 2. Inhouse restaurant is good and very tasty veg food. They serve only Veg food 3. Nice garden in front of hotel for relaxing and panaromic view of mountrains from room balcony 4. Scooters available on rent from hotel itself Cons : 1. Family rooms are very small. For 4 people its very congested. There may be bigger rooms but we got small rooms 2. They had mentioned complementary BF but it was charged for every day. Just be cautious when you pay the final bill as they wont provide breakup charges for room and breakfast. 3. Rent scooters were not of good quality. Check the scooter condition before driving or rent from outside, There is scooter on rent right outside the hotel Courteous staff and they speak English. Overall good experience .Ask for break up charges for room tariff, breakfast and any other adventure activity before confirming
