Located in the Paddock complex, 5 minutes from meteo line 5. Very recent hotel, decent breakfast and nearby parking at an additional cost.

We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, IBIS STYLES PARIS ROMAINVILLE (F), over the weekend of 24 to 26 May 2024 and would like to share our positive experience. The stay was extremely pleasant. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We would like to make a special mention of Mrs Sukhman from reception, who was exceptionally attentive. She helped us find accommodation at another hotel in the same chain when our flight was cancelled and the hotel was full, making it impossible for us to stay any longer. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean, giving us a great night's rest. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the atmosphere was calm and inviting. We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel and would like to express our gratitude to all the staff who made our experience so enjoyable. If we return to Paris, we will come back to this hotel.

Bonjour Vous etes des vrais voleurs!!! il n'accepte pas qu'on paye a distance , il n'ont pas voulu donner la chambre a ma collegue sans paiement sur place Du coup on a du annulé la chambre et la grande surprise ils ont prelevé a distance parce qu'on annulé je déconseille totalement cette hotel a eviter !!!! je vous conseille ibis Styles Paris Nation Porte de Montreuil tres arrangeant j'ai pu faire un paiement a distance et meme modifier la chambre et j'ai meme eu un remboursement

Terrible customer service from the Black lady at the reception, I had already booked my room which she told me was available on the spot ( 17 April 2024) when she debited my visa card, she then told me the room was only available at 13pm. I had flown from Montreal to Paris and arrived @9am at the hotel, I then asked if she can accommodate an early checking she reply NO. I then cancel my booking she automatically pulled her teeth, and mumbling in French with her colleague. I had stayed the hotel before and met a really nice gentlemen at the reception but yesterday service was so awful, she didn't even manage to try to see what she can do. I guest these days having a fidelity card or being a member doesn't mean much. Ibis Romainville you are done to me.

Great hotel, is located right next to a mini retail park with restaurants and a supermarket for buying essentials. Rooms are very well decorated, very clean and soundproof. It is a 6 minute walk to the nearest metro and I felt very safe being there alone. Breakfast options are also decent, receptionist are very friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Suite aux émeutes, de nombreuses personnes n'ont pu venir sur Paris pour leur sécurité. Ibis style a refusé catégoriquement de rembourser ni même d accorder un avoir!! Une honte alors que les événements ne sont pas dû aux clients. Fidèle client je n'y mettrai plus les pieds et ne vanterait plus jamais l'image de cette chaine. J'irai voir chez vos confrères qui eux, savent encore ce qu'est "le service rendu à la clientèle"! Un geste aurait été appréciable surtout que leurs bénéfices ne doivent pas être maigre comparé aux clients. A bon entendeur et à jamais...

Personnel très sympathique. Déco moderne et hôtel neuf. Chambre propre et de taille correcte, wc séparés de la salle de bain. A 10mn à pied de la ligne 5. Seul bémol : quartier très populaire (entièrement en rénovation) accolé à un centre commercial outlet abandonné. Rien à craindre cependant mais cela peut surprendre à la descente du métro.

Personnel très accueillant et a l écoute du client. Chambre très confortable. Propreté exemplaire. Le petit déjeuner très satisfaisant. Je recommande vivement. L hotel est a proximité des transports en communs et le parking souterrain est bien agencé avec accès directe dans l hotel
