"My top choice for trips from Hefei South Station! The self check-in with facial recognition means no queues and it's super easy to use, which is a lifesaver when you're rushing for a high-speed train – no time wasted. The room is fully smart, equipped with Xiao Ai (a smart assistant), so I could control the lights, curtains, and air conditioning just by calling out from bed. It's incredibly convenient and frees up your hands. The amenities are comprehensive, with all sorts of extra supplies available, showing great attention to detail. The hotel even thoughtfully prepared fresh welcome fruits, which was a lovely touch as soon as I entered the room. The cleanliness was impeccable, the bedding soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm transiting through Hefei!"

I was immediately attracted by the hotel's large lake-view terrace and booked a hotel stay for two days. We were not disappointed, the hotel is surrounded by gardens and is shared by several hotels. The artificial lake outside the window is filled with refreshing light. You can drink tea and chat on the terrace and enjoy a pleasant afternoon. Shopping in the surrounding area is also very convenient. You can go to Sunac Mao for shopping and dining in about 10 minutes' walk. Mia at the hotel was very welcoming and tried her best to help us. She also thoughtfully ordered afternoon tea for us☕️. There were not many people, and I had a good impression of the white wine and cheese. Thank you 🙏

The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort.
Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short.

Was kindly upgraded to the lake view room, appreciate. 5 min walking from nearest metreo staion as well as a big shopping mall. it also near a big theme park. about 15min walking to the lake side park. plenty of the varieties in the breakfast. very value for the money for the price paid.
