The surrounding facilities are complete and the environment is quiet and suitable for living. The hotel facilities are very new, clean and warm, suitable for living with children. They also thoughtfully prepared milk for the guests, just right for Zaizai to drink. The front desk of the hotel must be commended for being professional and dedicated. Because the family needs to live on the same floor, the front desk patiently and meticulously exchanged our room cards for us; Zaizai was taking a nap when we left, and they also provided us with a late check-out service; When we checked out, we learned that we were going to take a train and they thoughtfully gave us 3 bottles of water. Service: Very kind and friendly, very enthusiastic to help adjust when the listing is tight the next day, every smile is very warm. Hygienic: When I checked in, I found that two hairs on the bathroom floor were not cleaned up and half a star was deducted. Small defects were acceptable. "The hotel environment is very good, the facilities are new and the service is good. I called a taxi to pick up the plane, and I upgraded the room type at the hotel. The next morning, I packed it early because of the high-speed rail. The fly in the ointment, the room heating is too hot, the noise outside the window is loud, the air conditioner can turn on the warm air, it is too hot to sleep all night, I hope to adjust the indoor heating temperature, and the air conditioner can turn on the cold air."
