It's only about a ten-minute taxi ride from Kunshan South Station, so transportation is incredibly convenient. The hotel lobby is situated on the 29th-floor sky lobby, and the high-altitude view was breathtaking from the moment I stepped in. Daisy Wu handled my check-in with exceptional efficiency, displaying warmth, professionalism, and a very gentle and attentive demeanor. I stayed in a Premium City View King Room, which starts from 47 square meters – the spaciousness was a delightful surprise. The massive floor-to-ceiling windows offered panoramic views of the entire Kunshan city skyline; the view was expansive during the day and shimmering with neon lights at night. After a long day of work, a quick glance out the window instantly melted away my fatigue. The room design was stylish and minimalist, equipped with high-speed internet and a comfortable workspace. The bedding was soft and provided excellent support, ensuring a very high quality of sleep. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, dual vanity sinks, and a bathtub, with complete and high-quality facilities. The Sky Western Restaurant on the 29th floor was another highlight; the breakfast selection was rich, combining both Chinese and Western options, along with freshly cooked local specialties like Suzhou Aozhao noodles and small wontons. For business needs, the hotel boasts a nearly 1,000-square-meter pillar-less grand ballroom with an 8-meter high ceiling, along with 8 multi-functional meeting rooms, all equipped with advanced facilities. Whether it's for a business trip or client entertainment, this is the most reliable and hassle-free choice in Kunshan. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip to Kunshan!"

"I don’t think I could ever give this hotel enough praise. The rooms were beautiful as was the location and scenery. Cleanliness was a 10 out of 10, but what especially amazed me was how friendly and diligent the staff were. They were so kind, offering me free fruit and other snacks. One staff member gave me restaurant recommendations. I plan on staying here again in the future and would recommend it to any solo travelers or couples looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway. "

"I stayed at the Shuxiang Fudi Hotel in Zhouzhuang, and overall, it was a great experience. What impressed me most was the service: as soon as we arrived at the parking lot, a staff member was already there to greet us. They then helped us get our entrance tickets and personally escorted us all the way to the hotel – it was incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast wasn't particularly elaborate, but it tasted good. At check-out, they even gave us a souvenir, which was a very nice touch. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Zhouzhuang."

Opening the window reveals lush greenery and lake views; in the morning, you can watch the glistening lake, and in the evening, enjoy the stunning sunset glow. The ambiance is simply captivating, instantly melting away travel fatigue. The location is also very convenient, close to a subway station, with easy access for self-driving and thoughtful complimentary shuttle services, making getting around a breeze. The lake-view room I stayed in was spacious and airy, starting from 40 square meters, feeling expansive and unconfined with a well-organized and rational layout. The room's cleanliness was exceptionally meticulous; tabletops, floors, and bathroom corners were spotless. The dry-wet separated bathroom was neat and dry. The King Koil mattress was just the right firmness, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a supremely comfortable sleep. Thoughtful details stood out, like the dehumidifier, which is perfect for the plum rain season, and amenities such as a viewing balcony and bathrobes, all contributing to a high-quality living experience. The hotel breakfast was excellent, with fresh and abundant ingredients and a wide variety of options. There were freshly cooked noodles, warm porridges, exquisite pastries, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables, and local specialties. The flavors catered to a broad palate, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables, and a different selection each day, fully meeting diverse dining preferences. What truly impressed me was the hotel's service. The entire staff was warm, polite, and responsive. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were efficient and quick, and the staff's attitude was patient and gentle, making the entire experience comfortable and pleasant. The overall hardware and software, environmental ambiance, and service details all far surpassed other hotels in the same price range, offering exceptional value for money. It has now been added to my go-to list for accommodation in Kunshan, and I will definitely choose it again for my next trip. I loved it!"
