You must call the hotel if you arrive after hours. They will help you check in through the phone. I used Skype as I didn’t have one. Directions were easy to follow but you must know English. The room was nice and clean. Bed was hard which I like. There weren’t any blankets (just thin sheet) which was fine since it was during a heatwave.The pillow options were good. The bathroom was big with fancy lighting options. The air conditioning was strong. Only the internet didn’t work and it was difficult to go out of the gate. However, I called the hotel and they were patient in helping me immediately. For one night, it was a pleasant stay. The area around the hotel is quite dirty, but it is also directly across from Tiburtina station. There are only two hotels this close, the other being Adesso hotel.

It is not recommended for anyone whose English does not meet the standards of international students to book this hotel. It is actually a B&B. There is no one during the check-in process. You need to carry two large boxes and make phone calls at the door for a long time. You must follow the other party's instructions and enter the room. The whole process is very long. pain. The location is really good, next to the Tiburtina train station, making travel convenient. The room facilities are also very simple, not as good as Home Inns and Hanting in China.

Great location. Easy acess to city centre.The metro is in front of the hotel and train station is only 5 minutes walk. Our first suite experience but Emanuelle help us very quick by phone .the rooms are prefect . new and clean…

The room wad lovely and spacious with a comfortable bed, handy fridge and balcony. The location was very convenient for the train, metro and bus station which were all directly opposite. Although, the transport in the city is not up to scratch for a capital city.
The remote check-in wasnt great after a long journey. It took a while to find the correct number and my phone settings did not permit international calls, so thst took some time to sort. So we were left standing outside for 15 minutes. This is lazy to me, pay someone to sit on reception at core hours to check your guests in. Great rooms although noisy when you can hear neighbours filling up their jacuzzis at 2am! A few nice restaurants nearby Although noone opens before 7pm. Overall a lovely room in a handy location.

It’s very close to Roma Tiburtina station. Convenient Metro that can take you any where you want to go in Rome. It’s no frills room which was very clean and safe.

The Alba Suite is a beautiful room, clean, with a large and comfortable Jacuzzi tub. Room defined as Suite, but it does not have the right size and lacks the second room, a sitting room, perhaps Junior Suite is the correct definition. Nice light effects in the room, large TV, excellent complimentary Prosecco. The nearby station does not disturb, in fact it is in an excellent position for travellers; the windows insulate well, even if a shutter doesn't darken very well. Very good cost, as in remote check-in.
