Small but welcoming room, very kind and super helpful staff. Bathroom small but clean and equipped with everything. There was both an air conditioner and a television in the room. Convenient because it is close to the station, shame about the area not being too quiet.

Close to Termini station, the neighborhood is not idyllic and even the first impression may not be good BUT... check-in is fast (checkout even more so). Possibility of checking in until late. Friendly and kind staff. Stayed for one night in room no. 9 next to the reception. Safe and quiet place. Silent. Clean room and bathroom (I also checked the sheets and mattress... Both clean). Towels, (clean) TV, phone and WiFi. Excellent value for money. If you need to be close to the station it's perfect.

I want to do the same review made on booking here too, because I think it is useful for future travelers. Unfortunately on booking I noticed that the owner thought well to write, in response to the review, that I did not stay in the room because I wanted to smoke and the room was not for smokers and so I left. Too bad I don't smoke. Unfortunately he wrote the same answer for many people who obviously complained about the poor quality of the room, making believe that the reviews were fake.
