Only reason why I am giving it two stars is I read the review before I booked it. This is not a hotel. It does not have a reception area. The lady that took a photo of my ID gave me the key and left immediately. I booked a double/deluxe room and she gave me a single room. On the website it clearly stated that all single rooms were booked. I am not used to sleeping on single bed as I twist and turn in my sleep, therefore this was an inconvenience for me. The place was relatively clean.

The worst hotel booking i have done so far. No one at the reception and we were unable to check in at 2.30 pm. No one attend the phone calls as well. After an hour of waiting outside the door, I had to book another nearby hotel. Later I filed a complaint but the hotel did not accept their fault and no to refund given for the booking. A team with no dignity or self respect.Think twice before you book in this property.

L’hotel ha una posizione molto comoda ai mezzi, sia alla stazione di Roma termini, sia alla metro. Le camere confortevoli, con climatizzatori funzionanti e abbastanza pulite. Purtroppo il difetto più grande è la colazione, molto scarsa.

Spartano. Il prezzo più economico trovato nel periodo della nostra ricerca, a 10 min da Termini. Letti comodi, Bagno Accettabile. Credo conduzione famigliare, gentili. Colazione lascia a desiderare... meglio pensare già a una seconda colazione al bar.

Excellent location, easy to reach and functional for visiting the city. Availability of the home owners who live in the same building. Terrible breakfast. Small but functional room. Minimal and small but clean bathroom.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the room is spacious. The family running it truly puts their heart in every detail. Location less than a km from Termini station and a few blocks from the metro. Friendly staff. Sufficient room, complete and clean bathroom. Non-existent soundproofing, you could hear all the conversations of those having breakfast and therefore they woke you up. There was no mini fridge in the room. Breakfast to avoid. Undrinkable coffee and indecent packaged croissants. Rooms located on floors 1 and 2 with high flights of stairs. High price for what is offered.

A creepy dirty and poorly maintained structure, very poorly organized I often go to Rome for work and hotels I have been around, I have never been to a hostel to avoid unpleasant situations but I think that after this it would be better by far a hostel will follow photos of what I found in my room!

We slept here one night, the room clean and everything in working order. Small bathroom but, if you don't have big claims, that's fine. Excellent location. The lady who greeted us was very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
