The hotel was nice and clean. Some of the staff was very helpful and even carried some of our suitcases up the flight of stairs. Breakfast was nice. The hotel is in an area that is walkable to major sights in Rome. Overall a good experience.
It’s best to try not to walk very far in Rome with very large suitcases because the roads are too busy and cobblestone is rough. One of our large suitcases lost a wheel during the walk.

Great location. Friendly staff. Very good for a reltively budget friendly guesthouse in the centre of Rome, a few steps away from the spanish steps.
What could be improved:
Beds and bedding: very firm mattresses. We did not sleep well due to this. Some thicker pillows would also be great.
Coffeemaker in the room would be another great improvement.

The property was moderately well maintained. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Understandably, this is not a full service hotel per se…but the room was perfectly fine. It was clean and the bathroom was nice. The were only two negatives…
(1) the room air conditioner did not really cool the room. Fortunately, the weather was cool at night and the hotel did provide a small fan.
(2) there is no elevator for anyone with mobility issues (or challenges with luggage).
Overall, reasonably good hotel with an exceptional location near the Spanish Steps,,,and an easy walk all the way to Trevi Fountain and onward to Campo DiFiore (using the Rick Steves Heart of Rome walking tour).

The staff was fantastic, helpful and very accommodating. The location was perfect and walkable to just about everything, upscale shopping, dining and most importantly gelato!

The set up was great, we four had the whole place to ourselves most of the time. Erica was wonderful and the breakfast was great. American Airlines lost my luggage and the staff kept calling for me until my bag arrived 2 days later. We would all stay there again and I am traveling with some picky people

The property was in an ideal location to walk to all landmarks. Breakfast was basic.
We had a superior room with a courtyard view but it was fairly disgusting and smelt really bad with no view at all.
Had to keep the window closed accordingly.
