We rented a two bed apartment for 3 weeks in February. The building has 6 apartments and looks very tired looking from the exterior, certainly not like the images portrayed when browsing the property online. However, the apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well equipped for our needs, and the housekeeping staff were excellent, as we're the management company who look after the property. Our only complaint, apart from the exterior appearance, was that the bathroom would have that stale water smell sometimes, but that can be a common problem in Spain. The location is excellent, and overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, and would definitely consider returning in the future.

The room was very well appointed and I loved that it was so clean and smelled so good. In terms of cleanliness, I would give it the highest score of all my trips taking into account the characteristics of the stay.
The only thing I didn't like was the bed, the mattress made a lot of noise no matter how little you moved. It's not uncomfortable but if you move while sleeping you wake up quite a bit with the noise.

I wanted to comment because I had read the comments and I was reluctant to go and thank goodness I didn't listen, it has been a wonderful experience, the kitchen is fully equipped, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is even equipped with a hairdryer, the area, the Pool, everything was very clean, I will definitely repeat if I go again.

Rental made only for sleeping. We didn't really live there. The apartment is really nice, spacious and very clean. Can be a little noisy in high season.

Horrible experience staying at these apartments. I've been travelling 20+ years and stayed in all sorts. The walls are paper thin and you can almost hear the person in adjacent room breathing. Of the 9 night we stayed 6 were ruined by loud neighbours and one occasion there were 6 teenagers with discos lights and music playing when we knocked the door. The grounds of the apartments are grubbing and surrounding areas are awful. Avoid at all costs.

Everything clean and new, we have been in 91 because there are two complexes. But it is not everything it seems because the artificial grass is broken in many places, they should fix it. Towels leave just 2 bath towels for 3 days, it seems not enough to me. The last day at night in one corner of the living room there were many small flies and there was no way to kill them, we used a can of insecticide and nothing. In the morning I told an employee so she could communicate it to the bosses. In short, I have seen that if a comment is made that is not favorable, it does not feel good, but those of us who go to one of these places, whether for pleasure or work (as is our case) like to feel good since we pay what they ask of us. Otherwise I don't have any problems.

Stayed in village. Good views of the golf course, the house is very good. Very neglected environment, the common area where the pool cries out for renovation, broken and frayed artificial grass with a bad appearance. Small pool but good, there is no maintenance (according to what we have been told, he is on vacation...) Tranquility and relaxation, there are only five townhouses. We had to wait two hours because they were cleaning the villa, even though they had asked us what time we would arrive. Good cleaning on the day of entry.
