The hotel has no elevator and no private parking, although it is stated as such. Free parking is only possible in a public parking lot about 300-400 meters away. It is better to park in parking garage 7 in the city of Rosenheim. It costs 10 euros per 24 hours and is only about 200 meters away. The rooms are a bit shabby. The breakfast is very good. The city center is only a few steps away.

Unfortunately the bathroom was not clean and there were leftovers in the toilet. It was very loud at night as there is a disco or club directly behind the hotel. It was very loud until 3:00 a.m. so that sleeping was impossible, and until 5:00 a.m. it was loud enough that you could hear it. Doors, walls and windows were very thin so you could always hear something from the hallway or next door. The parking spaces are not at the hotel but some distance away in a public car park. The price/performance ratio is completely out of sync - once and never again.

Very clean hotel in a perfect location near the city center, very good breakfast and above all extremely friendly and competent staff.
Unfortunately, our room was on the street side above a bar - that was a bit noisy during the night... that's just how it is on a weekend in a city
That wasn't a big problem for us
